I have stay there for only one night. I came in late and left early. It was a very quiet hote! with good breakfast!
It was not possible to dinner over there! (or order it on the room!)

Location (not the center, but it takes just 7 min to reach the old town by train)
There was reserved a "security" amount of 450 Franks on my Visa-card! One week has passed since check-out - no money back!! Please return it on my card!

Very good place to stay, good value and handy for public transport to city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Very helpful staff, quite close to a train station (10 minutes by train to Zurich Main Station), lovely neighbourhood (just at the bottom of the Uetliberg mountain), fantastic breakfast (that oatmeal with raspberries!).
Well, in the 21st century I would expect the wireless internet to be included in the room price. The elevators are unusually small, so if you are travelling with a family and suitcases, expect to use the elevators 3 or 4 times to get everybody and everything up or down. These are minor points though, I did like the hotel.
