Guests consistently highlight the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff—especially Maria—good cleanliness, and overall value for money. Many mention a satisfying breakfast and comfortable atmosphere. Some reviews note the hotel is a bit dated or basic, and there are occasional complaints about room size, amenities, or outdated decor, but the positives generally outweigh the negatives, making it a recommended choice for many travelers.
