Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious (we were upgraded for free) and quiet. Great location. Chic hotel with great decor. Would stay here again (it is in Zurich, so everything is expensive - room wasn’t inexpensive but nothing in Zurich is!).

Pros (+) The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is just great. Smiles all around and a high end feel from the decor to the team.
