Worst bed ever but staff was nice!
Sweet staff and spacious room
The bed. All you feel are springs and I woke up every day with back pain. Contemplated sleeping on the love seat in my room instead.
The staff was especially courteous, friendly, and helpful on a range of issues, including reservations, travel to and from the airport, hotel services such as maid service, laundry service, message delivery, and meal services. The Japanese, Chinese, and Western breakfasts were phenomenal. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and completely met the needs of tired travelers coming in from overseas, and then visiting family and friends, as well as re-visiting favorite tourist sites in the Tokyo, Kyoto, and Kamakura regions. The location was also extremely helpful being close to the metro, as well as close to where our son lives in Motomachi. The sights of Chinatown, Yokohama were just an added benefit. Getting into Tokyo or excursions to sights further afield such as Kyoto, Kamakura, and Nagano, were also easily accomplished with the metro line so close to the hotel. Overall, a perfect visit, in large part due to the attention and services provided by the staff of the Rose Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Submitted by a visitor from Virginia, USA
