Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to ski lifts and slopes, making it highly convenient for skiing. Many reviews highlighted the quality and variety of breakfast and dinner, with several guests describing the meals as fantastic or exceeding expectations. The service was generally regarded as friendly and helpful, though a few noted occasional inflexibility or rudeness. Room sizes, particularly in Japanese and Western styles, were appreciated for their spaciousness. Amenities such as the onsen, ski rental, and bar were also positively mentioned. Some guests noted areas for improvement, such as dated room fixtures, strict rules, and limited WiFi, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
