Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast variety and quality, attentive and friendly service, and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. The restaurants, especially Chang’an Bridge, received high marks for delicious food. Some guests noted minor drawbacks such as slow restaurant service, limited breakfast variety, and occasional maintenance or facility issues, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making for a highly recommended stay.
