Pros (+) The location was just opposite the bell tower and from the reception area was expecting a nice room. Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a decent view, but it was clean. The staff were helpful and when we called with a couple of minor issues, there were no problems.
Cons (-) Smoking was allowed in most areas of the hotel which meant stinking hallways. They had the most disgusting breakfast room with filthy chairs and sticky tables, the only thing that saved it was the omelette made by the chef which was nice.
