Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, spacious grounds, and proximity to attractions like Heathrow and Legoland. Many found the breakfast to be very good with a wide selection, and several appreciated the large, comfortable rooms. However, there were mixed reviews on service, with some guests experiencing slow or indifferent staff and issues with lost property. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but a few noted problems such as bugs, cobwebs, or unclean pool areas. Overall, guests felt the hotel offered a pleasant stay, especially for families and events, but improvements could be made in maintenance and staff responsiveness.AI-generated from customer reviews

Lovely rooms for events/weddings, with ample water dispensers and toilets nearby. Fabulous and beautiful grounds to walk around. Lovely...

Pros (+) Was handy to a few things.
Cons (-) Beds uncomfortable and quite noisy. No air-conditioning in the room so it was very hot. Couldn't open the window as there are many mosquitoes around.
