The spa was very good ,friendly staff and a 5 minute walk to the lake and the centre of Bowness. Excellent breakfast.
The fact that you have to pay £12 per day to park your car.

Loved the spa and the pool bar, cinema although didn’t have time to do as limited times only. Location is perfect. It’s quite pub is lovely.
Needed a show rack or coat hangers as you walk in, lighting in the kitchen is dark, could do with a lamp to set different moods, spot lights in the bedrooms were too harsh, velux kept closing on its own in the middle of the night making a loud bang and waking me up. Spa got busy at one point people putting towels down on chairs and the only two beds so couldn’t sit anywhere, needs towel hangers in the spa.

Very good amenites, with swimming pool & spa.
Shower in room very poor & dated and not working very well. No power shower or rain fall shower. Self service breakfast, for the cost of the stay I would expect at least tea & coffee to be served! Lacked any ambience.

Our room was beyond our expectations. It had a wonderful view of the lake and a lovely layout that was complimented by lots of natural light, making it feel big but cosy. The spa facilities were brilliant and despite being quite busy our experience was still very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional. The food was to a very high standard, and the service was quick, polite and friendly. The local area is full of stuff to do. With lots of walks, activities, tours, and place to eat/shop. We never got bored!
