The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub and pool facilities were excellent. The bathrooms and showers were clean and modern. Location was les than 5 mins from the Creekside gondola.
I tried to add an extra night to my booking which despite the staff knowing the room was empty was deemed impossible due to my reservation rate being via booking.com which seems a bit mad. The dishwasher and coffee machine were broken (which was replaced with a brand new one as soon as we asked).
Fully equipped, enormous bathroom, parking convenient.
Hair dryers were both broken, exchanging took me three calls.
Kitchen supplies mostly good, Staff were helpful but not in our face. Pool, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room all awesome. Gym was good too. A few smaller weights would be nice and some music options.
The tap in the kitchen and in the bathrooms made water go all over the place. Off or full blast on, nothing inbetween. Also the unit is dark, needs more light and a light on the deck.
We've stayed at Evolution several times and it is always great. I loved the indoor/outdoor fireplace! We also got a late checkout, which is always a bonus.
This mini-break was too short. We'll be back soon.
