Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Yellowstone National Park. Some guests found the rooms spacious and well-suited for families, and a few noted the property was clean and offered good value. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, lack of amenities, poor maintenance, and problems with Wi-Fi. Several guests felt the price was too high for the quality received, and some experienced poor customer service or communication. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, and amenities.

Poor
Teodora, Aug 2020
Pros (+) NOTHING!!! The office person did not look happy that I was interrupted her smoke break and that it was a hardship checking me in. The fridge was completely frosted over (half of left side top and bottom) and did not work plus there was a red liquid gel on the bottom of fridge and room felt like a dungeon and had a musty odor. No phone, the remote had dead batteries and I had to go to office to get...
Cons (-) Attitude, clean fresh smelling room. Room needs a total renovation. It need a few repairs, you could see that repairs were DIY.
