Overview

This traditional hotel, dating from the end of the 19th century, offers modern accommodation and great cuisine in the heart of Weimar. The Alt-Weimar was the original home of Rudolf Steiner, who founded the philosophy of anthroposophy. The hotel boasts the Art Nouveau lead glass windows and panelled walls of the original building, creating a historic, cosy atmosphere. The rooms are furnished in a modern, Bauhaus style and feature free WiFi The single/double rooms are spread over 3 floors. Due to the historic building, there is no elevator in Alt Weimar.
