5.6The best thing about this hotel is the location.
We had just arrived with our baby, it was a Tuesday at 3:30 pm, and a black woman at the front desk, after we asked for a crib and couldn't listen at what she was saying, started yelling at us with no reason. I asked her why she was yelling and she said that because we couldn't understand. I never understood why she was so angry, maybe a bad day, but for sure it wasn't our fault.
