I checked in and was met by a lovely lady who was very nice. I am afraid I was so cold in my room I booked the premier inn and checked out that day. I had a lot of work to do and although it wasn't ideal I just could not work or sleep in the room because of the temperature. I did not complain as I did not want to upset or inconvenience the lovely lady.
Family run with a humorous hostess Great to explore Fantastic breakfast Parking
Stairs No lifts Rooms could be on 3 levels and down narrow corridors Elderly and other health condition would make it unsuitable
Stayed in room four a recently renovated room and very clean and modern. Parking available at back of property.
The position of the hotel was very good for getting to local attractions. The breakfast area was well presented and food was excellent.
Unfortunately the bed was far too hard to get really comfortable, and I like a very firm bed. The road to the car park at the back needs to be sorted out, the ruts and holes are too big and deep.
Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was good.
