Cons: The heat of the shower water is a real problem. There is a significant pulsing of water which goes from cold to scalding hot in a matter of 2-3 seconds. It's so bad that I will not stay in the Westin Warsaw again. I'm an SPG loyalist, but I won't be staying at the Westin Warsaw ever again due to the water heat situation. It's really bad, and when I told the front desk, they commented that the problem had to their knowledge been fixed. I can't be the only guest that finds this dangerous and terribly bothersome.

Location in Warsaw, lobby decor and ease in checking in and out, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, speed of elevators, room decor, comfort, and cleanliness, the informal dining in the lobby area, are all flawless and superb. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever experienced and I have traveled far and wide. Great value for the money! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Reasonable price for quality of stay. Wouldn't pay more.
Cons: Not sure, why doormen hang around if he never open the door. Front desk staff never at the front, always have to wait for them. It was quick stay and no expectations, but certainly would give less stars if it would be a leisure stay. Should be good for business travelers.

Pros: Good location is about all I can say for the hotel
Cons: Staff ignored service requests 4 times. A/C didn't work, bathroom stall wouldn't close, Towels thin, room smelly (mildew) , door lock broken, wouldn't be fixed for days, no English channels on TV, wireless slow, flakey, and didnt work most of the time. Again, staff didn't do a thing

Cons: Hotel shows up under two different names on some web sites. It is also called the JM Hotel. Confusing.

It's problem of your phone." 2. front desk offered me a wrong room card for three times, making me keep traveling between 1sr and 21st floor. 3. this hotel don't provide toothbrush and rudely say I could pay12 zl at the store outside.

Cons: I did not like the TV channels at all. There was not single channel with English. All channels had a Polish translation in the background and the user did not have any control over it. That was terrible. An international hotel must definitely have only English channels accessible.

I stayed in two rooms there. Both had broken scales. I suggest fix them or remove them. They are just a toe stub hazard.

Cons: The location isn't terribly convenient. It's a bit of a walk to get anywhere--even to a tram stop. Rooms seems to have showers but no baths.

Cons: No air conditioning and it was freaking hot. Outside the window were trains that ran often so we were both hot and kept up with the trains. The window coverings were broken so we couldn't slide them closed to have darkness for the late evening and morning. We only had 2 towels so I asked for another couple towels. I was told 2 towels is standard. I asked if I could pay extra for more towels and she said she has not towels up there so, no I can't. There was also no shampoo.

Cons: Hotel looks old, they use a spray as perfume but it is terrible. The lift is extremely low, there are no other facilities like fitness or sauna. The garage costs too much (40 pln, almost 1/5 of the room price).

Small ugly bed for one person, with two lamps. For what two?
No shampoo or something in bath, only toilet paper and liquid soap.
Extremely annoying noise. Outside somewhere near the windows they have damaged air conditioning system, which make noise like you are cutting metal with saw. Even plastic windows can`t help you to not hear it.

Cons: Everything about this property is old. In particular, and you'll think I'm joking, the elevator takes minutes to go up and down with you in it. It's the slowest elevator I've ever seen inside a hotel. The rooms are drab and uncomfortable.
