    Great

    We stayed at the Regent, and usually do when we travel to Warsaw. You cannot beat the service. The staff are so accommodating, the rooms are extremely clean, and the amenities are amazing. The indoor pool, and gym facility are both amazing. The breakfast is so delicious as they offer so much! Definitely worth it to stay here! We will be back!

    Everything where old and not clean. Important is, that bed must be soft... it was not

    Overall the room and the food in the restaurant and during breakfast.

    Expensive wifi, it should be free in a five-star hotel!!!

    The breakfast buffet and comfortable beds!

    had originally booked a room with two beds, first moved to one with only one but was moved. There was a party that was scheduled to go until 2am that had music that was disturbing even on the third floor.

    service at reception, room service...big, clean, comfortable rooms (deluxe rooms.). of course the low price via booking.com

    very closely undergroundgarage, near to unpossible to park without damages, untypical for 5 star hotels...
