Cons (-) We had a cricket in our room on the 14th floor.Also ? bed bugs or some insect that was in both beds in the room. We complained and was advised it would be seen to. The next night we were bitten again. We both now have marks all over our legs. Not happy !!!!

Cons (-) Horrible view from our room, we could only see the roof top. Loud in our room when the concert was going on downtown but that was understandable. The pillows had absolutely no head support my wife and I necks hurt the neck morning. Last thing I thought the bathroom was extremely small for the amount that we paid.
