Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach and local attractions, as well as the pleasant pool area. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness and housekeeping, with reports of unclean rooms, lack of fresh towels, and poor attention to detail. Service was also frequently criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or inattentive staff, reservation problems, and unaddressed requests. Despite these negatives, some guests appreciated the friendly staff and felt the hotel offered good value for its proximity to the beach.
