Breakfast was wonderful. The staff took very good care of us.
The house is very charming and beautiful. Old wood is everywhere. The old wood does sqeak when people go up and down the stairs so you may need to bring noise cancelling head-set if others are coming and going in the night.

Everything was great! The breakfast was pretty good and healthy, and the staff was kind at all times. I also loved the British aesthetic the place has. This place definitely stands out from the crowd.

I'm in a standard wheelchair. The Chocolate manor house is in the accessible hotels list, but : Our daughter's bed was a couch. Once it was unfolded, it condemned the opening of the cupboard and the fridge : Obligation to stack our suitcases on the floor and difficulty to move in the room. The dining room access was by a staircase only. Someone brought me my breakfast in the room. No table, no chair : The tray was laid on bed. Because of lack of space, I had breakfast alone. In the bathroom, support bars are more or less rusty (same as the towel rack), very little room to make transfers from the wheelchair the the toilet. The toilet seat is fixed only on one side. Also cleanliness of the bathroom floor could be improved. 359 Euros, one night in such circumstances. : if you don't pay some compensation "as a gesture of goodwill", it will be the first AND the last times I will refer to www.booking.com
