Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and convenient location near tourist attractions and the city center. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unresponsive or unfriendly staff, poor room cleaning, and issues with requests going unanswered. Breakfast is frequently mentioned as lacking in variety or quality, and several guests note problems with cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Wifi is also a common complaint, with limited or no access in rooms. Despite some positive remarks about the tranquility and comfort of the hotel, these issues detract from the overall experience.
