Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, often mentioning proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Service issues are also frequently reported, including difficulties with key collection, lack of communication, and unhelpful staff. While some guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated spacious rooms or bathrooms, negative experiences with the bathroom's condition and overall service detract from the stay.
