Pros (+) Location is good, BUT, this was my worst hotel experience in my life, during the winter they shut down the air conditioning and my room was so hot I couldn't sleep, my wife and my baby also had sleeping problems, I went at 3 AM and 5 AM to find help from the staff and they offered me a ventilator, want kind of crappy hotel offers you a ventilator.
