Location for ourselves was brilliant, close to the trams and also the various U lines which take you around the city. Easy check in and the host walked us to our apartment which for me was great service

Quite small, lounge area really just a sofa almost under the stairs. Everything a bit shabby (but very clean). Shower and/or sink leaked so floor often wet. Walls to adjacent apts paper thin. Could hear every word!

The hotel was near the city centre and near the train station (Schottenring -- Herminengasse exit, purple line). It is clean and the staff are nice. Luggages can be left with the reception. They have umbrellas available that can be borrowed for free. Has microwave, fridge and cutleries available.
Reception is in a different building than the hotel itself.

Location is fairly good, around 15 minutes walk to the centre and 20 minutes from prater theme park. Good facilities for cooking etc. Staff were friendly and helpful
The apartment is fairly run down is quite desperate for a renevation, the beds weren't particularly comfortable and the apartment wasn't really suitable for a toddler, really hard floors and a separate bed room up some open stairs with large gaps between each step
