Pros:The bed and room were nice.
Cons:The customer service could have been better. When I checked in the man working the desk did not tell me anything unless I asked. I had to ask him about breakfast time and WiFi password. He was on his cell phone the whole time. And it Seemed to me like I was bothering him by having to check in.

Cons:Continental breakfast closed down 1 hour early because they ran out of food.
Pros:The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the location of the hotel. How it was in the middle of restaurants so we did not have to drive far. Staff was very nice during my 2 day stay there.
Cons:There seemed to be trouble with the elevator early in the morning, both mornings. I had to take the stairs when I wanted to go down for breakfast which wasn't bad because it was only 3 floors but this might be difficult for someone with a disability or parents with young children. They may want to check on this.
Cons:There were no towels in my room nor did the staff have any available for us. They said they had some dingy towels but they were clean dingy towels. I'd like to speak to management about this!
Pros:Rooms were clean, good brekkie and great location. Next to malls and highways and fastfoods, malls nearby.
Cons:Changed rooms 3 times, first room, toilet didn't flushed, 2nd room, bulb not working in front of the mirror, which is not an issue but my daughter need a good light for her contact lenses. When I changed rm on the 2nd day, they did not clean the room. I called the front desk but housekeeping not available anymore.

Pros:Location from interstate.
Cons:Our room had old food left in the microwave & refrigerator and the curtains were in shreds. The pool was dirty and neglected and unusable. We had to clean the dirty microwave ourselves. We would have left if it weren't so late when we arrived.
