Cons (-) Under construction but staff and room, grounds and fitness room more than made up for it. Everyone accommodated my dogs. I am very appreciative of that. I will return if I get the job and will recommend your hotel to anyone who stays in Ventura.

Pros (+) Room was clean, close to the beach
Cons (-) We waited 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge us. When they finally came over to seat us we were told we were 10 minutes late for breakfast eventhough we saw people still walking through the breakfast buffet. The staff was very unconcerned

Pros (+) Everything else was really great, bed very comfortable, linens very new and fresh, pool huge and pretty green area, SuPER close to beach (walking distance), kind and responsive hotel staff, etc.
Cons (-) Bathrobes upon request; bathtub had a few hairs around the drain that escaped the cleaning.
