Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional location, often highlighting beautiful views and proximity to key attractions and transport. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to many stays. However, the lack of an elevator was a major concern, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, and was repeatedly mentioned as a significant drawback. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it acceptable or enjoyable, while others noted it was basic or lacked variety. Room size was occasionally criticized, particularly for families or those expecting more spacious accommodations. Overall, the location and service stood out as the hotel's strongest points.
