Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and shared bathrooms, as well as discomfort with the beds and problems with bathroom facilities such as lack of hot water and unpleasant odors. Service is generally described as neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also complaints about extra charges and communication. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and bathroom amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
