Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, often assisting with luggage and providing great hospitality. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Some mentioned room sizes as small but generally functional, and a frequent complaint was the lack of an elevator, which made access to higher floors challenging, especially for those with mobility issues.
