Bell boy Mr. Anowar he is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat guest.
The hotel was in good location and comfortable
it was pricey as compared to facilities. The price should be less
Amazing location and hotrly
Very nice Building. The rooms are nice.
The carpets where dirty. Their was a lot of light in the room and made it difficult to sleep.
Beautiful building and views.
My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and made the mistake of opening our windows on the 7th floor when we arrived and could not get the air conditioning to work. As it turns out, there was a single warning sticker on one window that explained how the AC doesn't work while the windows are open. No sign next to the AC controls, just a lone sticker on the farthest window in the room. Neither of us saw it, and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes all night. The room was nice, but the upcharge for simple things, like $10 (8,00 euro) for a small black coffee, or almost $30 (26,00 euros) for a club sandwhich was ridiculous. If you have money to burn, this is the place for you. Additionally, since the hotel isn't located on the main Venician Island, the hotel ferry charges $20 (15,00 euros) for round trip water taxi rides to the main island...each day. Very disappointed.

The hotel features one of the largest Congress Centers of the city making it the ideal location for both business and leisure travelers. Relax your senses with a fully equipped fitness & wellness center or savor the Chef's Mediterranean dishes at the Aromi Restaurant. The hotel proudly presents, one of the biggest suites in Venice, a 300m²/3229 sq. ft. Presidential Suite with fitness room, hydro pool, private panoramic tower and elevator. Hold an event in one of 13 function rooms or convene in Venice's largest ballroom offering a breakout area, wireless internet access and space for up to 1000 guests.
