Recent reviews for Varna hotels
Here are the hotels our guests have recently reviewed
PROS: The service was great. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The hotel is well located and the bed was comfy.CONS: The Aircon seemed not to actually cool that much. The light switches were confusing.
PROS: Very nice hotel, great facilities like fitness, indoor pool and professional spa services. Compared to other so-called 5 star hotels around Varna, this was the only one that would resemble such a rating on an international scale. If you get one of the upper floor rooms you have an amazing unobstructed view via a full glass front on the ocean. Breakfast is quite diverse and plentiful. Includes indoor and outdoor parking facilities were helpful. The location is also great since it is close enough to the center so you can simply walk there, however it is not really in the middle of it so it is convenient to get there by car. The in-house dining options were very good (as to be expected), on top of it the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Internet was a plus as well, always workin and fastCONS: The quality of the service personnel was a bit sketchy. The level of English of most staff was very limited (to be fair, this is common around here) so interactions were kept to a minimum. Most staff was however friendly and helpful, while others gave the impression to be annoyed by our presence.
