It was our after wedding relax 2-day stay. We came late at 2 o'clock in the morning. We had to look for wet wipes to remove the make up that my wife wore on the wedding day. The night guard man provided us with baby wipes. Which we were grateful on the next day we saw him. The lady that holds the hotel was really nice as well and paid additional attention and suggested to stay a little longer before we leave our room on the last day. I suppose she arranged a special surprise for us in the morning during our morning walk. The bed was nicely covered with red-rose leaves and two swans were made out of towels.
Tap water smell from too much chlorine, but this seems to be a problem with the new water purification plant. Meet in the food wasn't very fresh at dinner - because of the season wasn't started.
The personal was kind and extremely polite, the room nice and cosy, the breakfast delicious. We recomand the location! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay more!
Arrived at our all inclusive hotel late in the evening. Reception beckoned us whereupon we were warmly greeted with a lovely smile. I loved how the receptionist seemed to acknowledge without enticement our desire to get to our room and retire to the bar for a well deserved refreshment. Subsequently, a swift intro, keys and a lovely welcome touch of a snack pack, (we'd missed the meals), ensued. Minutes later, bags, receipts for overpriced airline refreshments were deposited in our home for the next week and our tushies firmly planted in the lobby bar! Satisfactorily refreshed we headed out to scout our surroundings and to our delight not only do we discover the beach is indeed a short walk from the hotel! but the streets are abound with 24/7 supermarkets and food so fast you hardly remember swallowing!! All the local attractions, both day and night are within stumbling distance, so I can genuinely say the hotel is in a perfect location! The local stores and fast food joints are all sensibly priced, (Not McDonald's, who charge as if the resort is in an airport), but a word to the wise when it comes to the themed restaurants and bars! Food and drinks, as one would expect for a resort catering to the foreign clientele, are overpriced and many of the cocktails/shots are so watered down it's like drinking Del Boy's Peckham Spring! Back at the hotel it was time to investigate the room! Clean and well maintained with complimentary toiletries, a small fridge, (Empty but then better than a €100.00 bag of sugar nuts!) and the TV. Overall impressed, based on what we paid! Only two negatives for the room! Firstly, only 13 Channels and all foreign and second, once again, no coffee /tea facilities! I hate having to stroll randomly round a hotel trying to find coffee before I'm alive and can even manage an legible word!

Good facilities, comfortable beds, decent size swimming pool, but most importantly, young, friendly and charming staff that display outstanding professionalism and helpfulness. Good restaurants and bars in close proximity.
The large groups of neighbours you might encounter in high season. They know from which country they come from.
From the hotel manger Emilia & reception staff, there was always a warm greeting & smile. Reception staff were some of the friendlies we have met on our travels.
The hotel room really needs to be refurbished, the hairdryer hose fell off while I was using it. Music round pool much to loud at times but then we aren't in our 20's Differently not a hotel for families Breakfast could have been more inviting
