The bed was comfy
The shower was not warm enough. The sirens never ceased. The people are on drugs on the street.
The history. The cafe/bar. The people. Proximity to Gastown.
Bits, like radiators, needed a lick of paint. Biggest problem is the high rate of human dereliction surrounding the hotel - not its fault. Local authority should support Patricia because if it closes because patrons don’t want to run the gauntlet or expose their children to drug abuse etc, there will be little left in the area to avoid it becoming a no-go zone. The people there need a lot of help.
The location. It was in a pretty dodgy part of town. Homeless and junkies right outside the door.
the neighborhood, the cleanliness
Cheap bed too small tho
