10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort is set up high, with beautiful views overlooking the sea and city. We loved our sea-facing room, which was comfortable and picture-worthy. Great shower, too. The hotel makes it really easy just to relax and have meals, drinks or snacks on the property. Also, we chatted with lots of different people working in the bar, restaurant, shuttle, and front desk. Everyone was friendly, helpful, very patient, and generally above and beyond expectations.
Cons: Very minor suggestion, but more frequent shuttle service to and from town would be great. (Pick-ups were hourly, but it’s easy enough to get a cab if your timing doesn’t line up with the shuttle schedule.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The location is superb; you basically have Ushuaia at your feet! The infinity outdoor pool offers you the best view in the world. The shuttle to and from town is very convenient. And not last, the staff is really professional!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Location is great
Cons: Room is very noisy. It feels that the guest next door are in your room. Room is very hot.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the excursions arranged by the hotel. We took 2 excursions,a full day in a boat visiting penquins etc and another in the park. Ramon was our driver and he was amazing,so customer focussed. The captain of the boat was so experienced and knowledgeable about everything. Dario who prepared our lunch on the boat etc was amazing too. We also eat in the restaurant two nights and our waiter was Cristian who was truly great and so refreshing and friendly. The shuttle bus was so handy to take you in and out of town
Cons: The road into town is awful. Although it only takes 20 mins or so it is such a bumpy ride. It almost put you off going into town. The hotel whilst nice could do with a face lift in my view. I would not consider it 5 star as it could do with a bit of investment.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect in this accommodation !! Susan is the best host we ever met in Argentina !! Absolutely recomended !!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were truly lovely people - warm, welcoming and helpful in every way. They really went to great lengths to help us resolve some unexpected problems, and also to plan some wonderful excursions.
Cons: The home was a little far from the center of town - about a 20 minute walk - but taxis are plentiful and relatively inexpensive, so if you're tired at the end of the day and want a lift back to the house, it's easy to arrange.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Susana and her husband are lovely hosts and very helpful, great breakfast, quiet location
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The b&b is a warm place with adorable pets (1 dog 2 cats) and a very nice hosting family. Susana and Fernando are great people, helped where they could, booked our trips, arranged transportation, allowed us to print our bustickets etc. Eventhough we only speak a little spanish everything worked out very well. We booked a private room with shared bathroom and got an upgrade to one with a privte bathroom. The room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. The homestay is a few minutes (~10min walking) away uphill from the center in a quite residential area. Breakfast was good! We loved it! Thanks again! ¡Muchas gracias! :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was like having a family in Ushuaia. The room was great, the location is bit far but it was really nice walk to the city. I came with my vegan bf and they brought him special things at breakfast and so. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!
Cons: Everything was perfect
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great about this stay. And Suzanna was able to arrange last minute a penguin trip for us, despite most of them were already fully booked.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: SebastianMaria both were very helpful & accommodating,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner and his wife make you feel very comfortable and are very helpful with their advice on tours, transport and dining. Sebastian is an excellent chef as the evening meal of hake was fabulous!
Cons: The hotel was a little further out of town than we expected but we were happy to walk to town.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely view of the Channel, very warm friendly people( first time I’ve had jugs and kisses from the maid on leaving a hotel! Thank you Lavina for making us so much at home!), gorgeous room beautifully furnished with local fabrics, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean with wonderful cotton linens, fab breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, pancakes, home made cakes, changed every day! Best shower ever, super strong! We ate in first night as the rest of the time we had cooked lunch as part of various trips we did so didn’t have dinner... had King crab and scallops which were delicious, and a lovely local organic wine! Sebastian could not have been more helpful and informative. All in all a delightful place to stay.
Cons: The only downside was the distance from town, further than we thought as normally like to be able to stroll into town and back, it was really too far to walk and the route is on a very busy main road. Having said that the taxis were super quick and cheap, about 200 pesos a time, and they came in 5 minutes,we had no problem getting taxis back either, and all charged same price without exception.
7.5 Good
Pros: Host was helpful in giving us local information and arranging a car rental for us. Bed was very comfortable. The house had a nice view of the Beagle Channel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Maria and Sebastian were wonderful and so helpful before, during, and even after our stay (when the airline went on strike)! Lots of useful information for planning our time in Ushuaia and help booking an excursion. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a great view out to the bay. Room was also very clean and housekeeping was top notch. Quiet location outside of town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tierra de Leyendas is an extremely warm and comfortable place, with great attention to detail. The place is rich in plenty of little hints to the ancient culture of Fireland. And Sebastian, the owner, is always available for very useful advice (sending you a range of tour options to book ahead as well as on the spot). Besides, the breakfast is very good for Argentinian standards. While the place is not in the centre of Ushuaia, taxis are quick and not expensive. All in all, simply the best place that we stayed at during our three weeks trip across Argentina.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel!! Sebastian, our host was very kind and gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and activities in Ushuaia, and he was also helpful to book everything for us. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is excellent!! I highly recommend.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Sebastian’s assistance and advice. Very comfortable with nice lounge and a fantastic dinner
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly hotel and good breakfast. Also, owner cooks dinners at the request. National park is not too far, and Supermarket is next door.
Cons: May be a bit too far from the center of Ushuaia.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our room had locally sourced furnishings. I especially liked the stone wall at the head of our bed. The bed was spacious and comfortable. All the bathroom fixtures functioned well. Most of all, as it is a family-run business, the staff take a personal interest in making their guests feel at home. There is a nearby supermarket for supplies.

Cons: The location is out of town, but its not such an issue as taxis are fairly priced and do not cheat :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the attention and the attitude of the staff, obviously part of the credit should go to the management for having such great staff. We also liked the breakfast and the dinner which was paid extra, had a few options but staff were flexible to accept other orders as well. The prices of the restaurant were very good. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking. The hotel was very clean everywhere.
Cons: The water was kind of yellowish, this could be improved
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely view of Ushuaia from our window. The staff (reception & restaurant) was attentive, kind, and helpful. Overall, great value!
Cons: In case you don't plan on traveling with a car, the hotel is a little far from the center.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Breakfast was a disaster. Needed to ask for utensils and food to be replenished all the time. I told the chef we needed more eggs. He asked me for how many. I said me, but I don't know how many more. He looked at me. So I said 4. When they came 3 took the eggs. He complained to me that he prepared 4 servings, but only 3 taken. Disgraceful.

Pros: Great location, nice breakfast and really nice host.
Cons: Not much.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Owner Maria Cristina was lovely. She didn't speak much English and I hardly spoke Spanish but we managed just fine. She was very helpful booking tours for me and suggesting areas to eat. Breakfast included eggs - a real treat in Argentina where it's usually just sweet pastries and dulce de leche. At breakfast, everyone sits around a large table so it's a good place to meet other travellers. The rooms are big and warm, and everything is clean. Bathrooms include toiletries like shampoo, soap and a hairdryer. My room had water views.
Cons: Expensive ... but that's Ushuaia I guess

5.0 Okay
Pros: The hostel is well located, rooms are warm, WiFi is ok, breakfast basic( milk, bread, coffee, butter, jam, juice, and eggs to make yourself), but that’s it.
Cons: First of all I’m traveling without plans so everything is last minute including booking hostels. I called late at night to make a reservation since they work 24/7 at reception according to them. the guy on the phone said he couldn’t check on their system to see if there was availability for the next day, nonsense to me cuz if they couldn’t who Would. So I booked it trough booking and guess what there was availability, latter on the guy admitted he didn’t want to bother cuz it was late night and who calls those hours. No seriousness. When I arrived the guy at the front desk looked like he didn’t want to work and I told him sarcastically he looked tired and he excused himself saying it was because there was a big group they just left. anyways.. no outlets next to beds or ligths so if you need to do something you will have to turn on the lights and bother others. There’s big lockers, no towels. And last but also important consider this before booking with them because let’s say you have a late flight or you want to boook one more day but “there’s no more room” they will tell you to leave right away not even to stay in common areas as normal hostels do. The day I did the check out i was going to take a flight later but was gonna Buy it after doing an excursion I booked trough them but when I got back flights where too expensive so decide to stay another day in town, asked to extend but they said they didn’t have space so..first thing I did was too book my flight next day and second booked in other hostel one more night but as I was doing all the bookings the guy at front desk told Me i gotta leave asap! Not cool and also wrong way to say it. I was a guest also booked excursion with them and on top no even considering was snowing..I got back from the excursion almost at 5 pm and he told me this around 5:15 not even 20 min at the hostel. before get going need it to have everything set. Like I said mostly cuz it was Snowing!

Pros: Very comfortable, with contemporary fixtures, fittings and décor. The staff were delightful and helpful and the position is superb: within seconds of the main drag of the town and with a spectacular 360 degree view from the 4th floor.
Cons: The bathroom door opened inwards restricting access for 2 people and to the sink/towel rail. It was a very nice bathroom and the problem would have been solved with a sliding door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were so helpful and their English quite good. The view from our room and the dining room was spectacular!
Cons: The pillows and more variety for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming staff! Big comfy beds. Yummy breakfast! Splendid views
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location with a good selection for breakfast. The restaurant / bar on the 4th floor has lovely views over the city and the room was a very good size with a large bathroom.
Cons: Unfortunately my room was at the basement level which I originally thought would be nice and quiet as there was only 1 other room at that level. However both rooms are next to the lift so every time someone summons it on any floor, you can hear it going up and down. Thankfully I had ear plugs which helped reduce the noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to center, well designd rooms, very good value. Booked one night in advance, after seeing decided to spend all our nights in Oshuia there (4 more nights).

Pros: It is a very clean, quiet and spacious hotel with good views of the mountains and Beagle channel from the breakfast area on level 4. Coffee and biscuits available all day. 5 to 10 minute walk to the main street.
Cons: It was very hot in the bedroom, there was no way to control the heating except by switching it off. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly , helpful staff. The location was great and the view from the breakfast room was exceptional. Close walk to town centre and restaurants and a great place to base while exploring Tierra del Fuego.

Pros: Wonderful facilities, play room for the kids and archery class was fun. Movie theater to have an easy night in with the kids. The family room was perfect for a family of 4.
Cons: The pricing is a major issue for me. The hotel chose to take payment for our stay on a day where the exchange rate favored them. We were charged a week before arriving in pesos, not in America dollars. As a result it cost us about 10% more for our stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location with awesome view. The rooms are big and the team is soooo nice helpful and supportive. I had an issue with my tour and they fixed it for me. I highly appreciate Florencia and Nicolas.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is really good. They have 2 kitchens, one is open for 24 hours. The laundry facilities are really good. The breakfast was simple, but decent.
Cons: Shortage in bathrooms. Location is 30 minutes walk from the city centre but it is close to the airport.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly owner with good English who gave us good hints for trips and car hire. We stayed in the apartment which is nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast (including the coffee) is not what we as Germans would praise (mainly sweets and some cereals) so we made our own one in the apartment. Overall very good value for money. Just not the perfect location if you want to be in the city center.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff that is willing to help with booking tours, buses etc. Two kitchens that are great for cooking.
Cons: A bit far from town but only really takes 20 minutes to walk to the center.

Pros: - The Spa was a great relax after days of hiking - Beautiful indoor pool - Well equipped studio room - Nice staff on the reception - Pretty hotel and rooms - Located in the middle of the town - Very pretty view of the port from the room (photo)
Cons: - Can get noisy with main streets around the hotel - The staff in the spa was a bit aggressive and spoke no English (she just kept shouting at us in Spanish) - she closed the showers 15 minutes before she closed the spa and did not tell us. We had to get back to the room in towels to shower and change, which was strange.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property, junior suit with kitchenette and amenities excellent, exceeding expectations especially with the great Booking.com rate. Full buffet breakfast terrific start to active days.

Pros: Loved it! Great views. A bit out of town but the spot is lovely so it didn’t matter!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location , the facilities , staff and the fact that is pet friendly !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff Great Location Comfortable cottages
Cons: Sometimes, amenities are not available at all...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This place really topped our expectations. We were staying in one of the bungalows, and it was amazing. It was very spacious and the hot tub in front of the window with a stunning view was fabulous, moreover the staff was beyond helpfull and friendly. Almost all the staff members spoke english! It is very nice located at the bottom of Glacier Martial (highly recommend to clime the glacier)
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy huts at the end of the road. Silent and spacious. The kitchen got a coffee machine for pads which is great for a first good coffee, as the breakfast coffee is thin which might relate that they call the restaurant a tea room. The kitchen itself is just empty with pots and other stuff but nothing which might help you to prepare a meal. Just be aware of that. People friendly and helpful. Really just smaller things to complain as can read in the next section.
Cons: The breakfast is ok but the coffee thin and not a treat. It is also a long way up from downtown Ushuaia and the road at many places a Desaster. If you book it, you will be aware about the distance and that you better have your own transportation as the restaurant offer a very very limited choice of food, mainly Pizza which is ok if you don’t know what a Pizza can be. And yes, many roads in Ushuaia are a mess, so nothing special but it takes more time to drive and at dark it’s an additional challenge for your driving skills.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a quaint small hotel, high above Ushuaia at the bottom of Glacier Martial. Stay there for the views and for the thoughtful touches by the hotel staff. Don’t stay for proximity to the centre of Ushuaia (although it’s only a 15/20 minute ride away)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All !
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a wonderful area of Ushuaia. And the staff went out of its way to assist us with our requests. They also gave wonderful treats with turn down service!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed room. Nice tea room and shop. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice small kitchen in unit.
Cons: Steps from car park inconvenient for luggage. Lovely location at end of road near glacier, helpful to have car
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would like to say many thanks to hotel staff! Guys you are the best! Everything (check in, room preparation, cleaning, breakfast, etc.) was super! Hotel itself is cool, rooms are cozy and confortable (oh my god that bed was wonderful) full of nice small details (like puctures and accessorises and has its own kitchen. Hotel is located in the end of the road to Martial Glacier right behind lift, it is quite far away from city center (15 min by car). In summer time lift is not functioning, but you have a perfect trekking route to the Glacier starting from your hotel. From the room we had a perfect view on Ushuaya city and Beagle channel. Also small mountain river passing hotel territory.
Cons: Not applicable)

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Brilliant location. Very good dining room. Handy shuttle bus to town. Good walks on doorstep.
Cons: The place is a bit scruffy. Renovation is underway but all around you and requiring the closing of certain facilities.
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: For a triple room in a 5 star hotel, having two good beds and a horrible one is not good enough. The staff was ok but not very nice
6.2 Good
Pros: Awesome game room for kids and tons of daily activities. Babysitting services are available by calling an extension number. Free breakfast was fantastic. Nice pool and hot tub facility also.
Cons: Room quality wasn't what we expected. We had a standard room only and it was mediocre for the price. Older hotel that could use revamped rooms. Bathrooms have not been updated in a long time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view, nice breakfast, comfy beds. Special for families.
Cons: The internet was very unstable and weak
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The play zone, jacuzzi's and very good breakfast
Cons: The water on the swimming pool it was not very clean, you can not see the pool background. The bar close too early, and dont have attention details like pose glasses, peanuts or a candle.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Good location on a PAVED road, unlike some other "5 star" hotels in Ushuaia. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Surprisingly nice restaurant with good service.
Cons: Typical bus tour hotel with cold overall ambiance. Bad breakfast setup: Staff insists on seating you and serving you coffee (slow service), but other than that it is a self service buffet breakfast with people grabbing items with their hands and coughing and sneezing over food. Wish hotels did away with buffet type breakfasts or offer lower cost rooms without breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is fantastic! The view from our room was spectacular. And the fact that it has a shuttle service to the city many times a day makes it very convenient! The breakfast was one of the best ones I have experienced in a hotel.
Cons: Just something minor in the toilet under the basin which was not very "tidy" and needs reparations.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Confortable room with a beautiful view on the channel. Nice location above Ushuaia, in nature. Cute trail leaving from the very hotel. Very nice spa, super open corridor leading to it. Proximity of a restaurant above, accessible on foot from the hotel.
Cons: The free shuttle and other buses tend to stay underneath the guests' windows with their engine running for extended periods and you can smell it in the room, which we told the reception about.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the surroundings and the facilities
Cons: The rooms are too hot, the management should regulate the heating in order to have a proper and breathable environment. We barely could breathe inside the room and had to sleep with open windows although the heating was already switched off.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Credits to the free trekking tour by the best trekking guide. Juanio, I will rate the extra bonus points to this hotel. He brought us to incredibly route at the back of hotel. Reaching the perfect scene of the snow mountains. He is so nice and professional English speaking guide. Because of him and this trekking, I won’t forget this staying in Ushuaia.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the surroundings and the facilities
Cons: The room is not superb, it would be an added value if refurbished

Pros: Good friendly family atmosphere. I would recommend it.

Cons: N.A.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, big cozy rooms good price/value. Small safety box for your valuable belonges.

Cons: There were no problems with the property.

Pros: Very friendly staff, that can give useful information about local tourist attractions. We needed a room for one night before Antarctic cruise and wanted central location that is close to the port. The hotel well met this requirement. The breakfast is decent for the price. Based on recommendation we got from the hostess we had a dinner in Maria Lola restaurant located at walking distance from the hotel. The recommendation was great.

Pros: Location is good! Perfect for a few days in Ushuaia. Friendly staff. The breakfast could be better.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rogerio was such a wonderful host, he really made sure that we had a great time ( And looked after me so well on my Birthday), a very lovely man. The Hotel was beautiful with interesting pictures and artefacts on the walls. It is very well maintained and comfortable, a great night's sleep.
Cons: It was a bit out of town, however, the pluses totally outweighed this
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful, comfortable inn with scenic views of mountains and a stream. The proprietor is an excellent chef, and we decided to have dinner there our second night because the first night was so good (dinner is extra). The food features excellent regional specialties with an at-home feel that you can't get from the restaurants in the touristy section of town. Breakfast is included and was great. It's a little bit out of the center of town, which is either a long walk or a short (5 USD) taxi ride away.
Cons: We didn't have any complaints. The towels aren't as soft as some places, but that's because they're line-dried, which is important for the environment--so that cancels out the stiffness!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cosy and warm hotel, lovely accommodating staff
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, the owners Rogelio and Mirta were charming and extremely helpful. We felt very welcome

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing much really except for the air circulation in the room. With the heater off and the window open it was still hot inside even if the outside air temp was below 10°C
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great lounge to wait for boarding cruise ships.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very good facilities.
Cons: Would be nice to have coffee and tea in the room.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The location was good - right across the street from the cruise terminal
Cons: The heat was not regulated, and we had to keep the window open to reduce it from >80 degrees F in the room. The road noise was loud. The Junior Suite advertised a sofa and a full dryer and neither was in our room. The breakfast area had no clean tables - yet more than 10 empty and not bussed tables. The breakfast selection was poor, and not everything seemed very fresh. Wifi was unreliable at best in both the room and common areas. For cruise traffic, the early check out time was extremely inconvenient and we refused to pay the upcharge OVER the high rate to check out later.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, superb location (very practical if you have an early morning boat ride since it’s 3mins from the tourist pier on foot). Breakfast was good, but not too much variety.
Cons: All was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent being opposite the bus station as we had travelled on the 12 hour bus from Punta Arenas. Although the outside of the hotel looked a bit shabby with a broken sign the inside was spotlessly clean and the common areas were spacious. Our room on 2nd floor was spacious with a good sized bathroom containing both jet bath and separate shower cubicle. Staff were all very helpful and spoke English which we appreciated. We were allowed to store our luggage after checking out which was a great help. Plenty of shops and good variety of restaurants very close by.
Cons: The breakfast was limited with lots of sweet breads and cakes and very little fresh fruit just tinned fruit salad. The windows in the bedroom did not open and there was no air conditioning.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect
Cons: Breakfast was just fair. They did the job, but nothing to write home about
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: There was no wash cloth.
7.0 Good
Pros: Central location in Ushuaia.
Cons: The staff is quite unfriendly. It takes extremely long to check-in / check-out. The hotel building feels like from late 60' it really needs a renovation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A hotel practically right in the middle of Ushuaia town center, but calm. Big size room with nice bathroom. Good breakfast, nice swimming pool with sauna (... after a cold day, sauna feels good...). Garage in the permises.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location, facilities and friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms could be better ventilated as it was warm even with the windows fully open and the heating shut.

7.5 Good
Pros: The view from the room was great! The hotel is very close to the main street.
Cons: In the room we could hear people speaking (not yelling) in their nearby rooms so this made us stay very careful about the volume of the tv and of our voices.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff were helpful and professional. Room was clean and a good size.
Cons: Walls are very thin. Could often hear conversations in next room. Breakfast was very basic. No options such as eggs available.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location close to the main street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent included breakfast, and also the restaurant did provide a very nice and simple evening meal which we found exactly what we wanted - did not bother to eat out somewhere else. We had a full day in Ushuaia, which we used just walking around the local areas (Belgrano Memorial Park is particularly interesting, as is the foreshore walk to the Naval Base). We found excellent coffee at a couple of restaurants.
Cons: Everything was pretty good, although we were disturbed around 3am by roadworks just below our window; noise lasted only about 15 minutes.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, looks new, close to the main street of Ushuaia. Staff is really kind and breakfast is good! Fair price for short stays while taking tours in Tierra del Fuego!
Cons: WiFi connection could be improved. One day was not working on second floor. For the rest nothing in particular!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the city Centre and it is modern and comfortable.
Cons: The parking is off the premises and the rooms are rather small.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing, met expectations.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was outstanding. Half a block to the main shopping area, next to two sight seeing bus companies, taxi stand and tourist bureau. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food. WiFi was free.
7.5 Good
Pros: Fantastic location across the road from harbour, good access to town. Nice looking hotel, rooms a bit outdated but comfortable. Breakfast was similar to most Argentinian hotel - continental style breakfast.
Cons: Front desk staff were great, however bar staff were rude and not very attentive (more interested in talking amongst themselves)
7.0 Good
Pros: Overall a nice hotel with tasty restaurant, large public areas and its location in front of the port makes it quite handy for a cruise. Breakfast was brilliant! Front desk delivered good service.
Cons: The hotel is too expensive for the rooms on offer, which are quite on the old side. Would need a refresh. Wifi was hit or miss, mostly unreliable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and professional staff!
Cons: Can't think of anything at the moment.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location very central and next to bus station. Breakfast among the best in the buffet-style realm. Large comfy bed with smart TV that was Netflix compatible. Ridiculously good value.

Cons: My room smelled smoke (cigarette).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good. Food, local tea is very good
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice room good location
Cons: Terrible Internet, breakfast minnimal
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Hotel was adequate but no more - staff were professional and helpful. But I felt that it promised more than it delivered. Restaurant for evening meal was very good - best food we had in Ushuaia, matched only by the restaurant Kalma.
Cons: Spa facilities - for a spa hotel this was poor. They don;t open until 2pm,the jacuzzi was of questionable cleanliness. A proper spa hotel would have provided drinking water and a cold plunge pool and the floor was frankly dangerous - floor very slippery and access to the jacuzzi not safe.Other dislikes - breakfast was poor quality and clearly done as cheaply as possible.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Breakfast coulod be better
7.7 Good
Pros: wonderful, accommodating staff! perfect location for antarctica-bound ships
5.7 Okay
Pros: The location was excellent and within very easy reach of all amenities for both day-time and evening activities.
Cons: The spa is tiny so one would not be inclined to us it really. I think the spa was a little overstated on the website. The heating system into the bedroom was very loud and could not be controlled from the room at all as it is all a central heating system blowing hot air into the rooms; it seemed to be thermostatically controlled and would come on during the night /early morning and wake us up!
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff was tremendously helpful and gracious! Restaurant was wonderful too...a bit pricey though.
7.3 Good
Pros: The location is quite good, and easily accessible to restaurants, shops, harbor for cruising. The hotel staffs were kind and friendly. Although the room charge is expensive, it is valuable.
Cons: One of two computers on the lobby floor was out of order. Therefore, I was not able to utilize the free-internet service.

Cons: During the night I froze cold. In the shower it took time for hot water and the water flow was very weak, which made me stand close to the wall for the water wash me
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is the cheapest good quality hotel I could find in the city center. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's unlikely that you will find a better deal in this area.
Cons: The wifi was rather spotty. There are no English channels on TV. Although I had a bathtub, it's not possible to take a bath since there is no drain cover. The breakfast is underwhelming.
7.0 Good
Pros: Central location
Cons: Breakfast was substandard
5.5 Okay
Pros: The view
Cons: Breakfast was dry and obviously cooked the night before.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place good location, staff friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy
4.3 Okay
Pros: there is no elevator, the stuff help to carry the luggages
Cons: The wifi is very very poor!u can not connect anyone. even the 4G signal is weak. Breakfast provides few things,it is the worst during our whole trip. Employees are only can speek Spanish,so if u don't know Spanish that would be a problem. they also are not familiar with the restaurant or not pleased to introduce. They don't help to use pos machine………And the bed sheet got a bad smell
7.5 Good
Pros: i like it that the Money exchange is just next to it , and it is just one block away from the Museo de la historia fueguina, an interesting self guided with audio guide facility
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the cheapest hotel on booking.com at the time of this writing. And, it far exceeded my expectations with a great location, large, comfortable room, and coffee in the morning.
Cons: No English language channels on TV (which is the norm for budget hotels in Argentina) and spotty WiFi.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the center.
Cons: A bit old
