Hotel Cap Polonio

Good location. Nice breakfst. I suppose at the end its value for money.

General lack of information (the elevator is hidden and I had to find out about it after taking my luggage by stairs, or not realizing you can order from the coffee shop restaurant for your hotel included breakfadt). In the room - the safe waasnt working, the toilet seat had no leg room next to the bath, the showerhead was clogged, etc. Oh and the walls are very very thin. I suppose its value for money with its location but after my initial booking was over I moved to another hotel nearby.

Excellent location. All the staff (reception desk, cleaning and restaurant staff included) very polite and helpful.

1) Zero WIFI in the rooms. I was told it was due to old routers not connecting to Iphone devices. Had to use the lounge. Still, very annoying. 2) Poltergeist shower: random boiling water and freezing cold streams 3) One day the room was not cleaned 4) Room walls were a bit moldy

Excellent location, good service, good value for money

I would never accept a room with street view... the noise at night was awful! Very difficult to rest... Poot wifi in the room... couldn’t profit from the free wifi unless I went down to the reception area
