Pros: Very well organized - beautiful gardens
Cons: Expensive meals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best choice for our anniversary trip! The heated swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast had so many options (Vegan, Detox, Peruvian Fruits, Tea Corner, Hot plates). They gave us an upgrade for a room with a terrace. Rooms are big and beautiful. Everything works how it should. Staff was very friendly and helpful, helped us book taxis and trips.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: excellent
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I asked to waive some of the fees that being charged such as activity fee 90.00 per room which I wasn’t aware of that booking charges such. Also my in laws signed up high speed internet and they are able to waive the charge for me. The latitude is 2700 meters. I got high latitude sickness. We should stay somewhere lower.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, beautiful resort and just nice!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice property. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was great, but other meals are so so.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved that the train took us inside the property, coming back from Machu Picchu. The hotel is amazing, very well located, amazing architecture and gardens, great staff. Highlight to the SPA and its water treatments.
Cons: Unfortunately, like most of the properties in Peru, is located in very poor communities. So driving in/out isn’t the best feeling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the attention of the staff in general. Everyone was always willing to help and happy to share their Inca knowledge. Karina was a great hostess at the restaurant. Thanks
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast Train to Match Pitchu I leaves out of the hotel
Cons: A bit expensive
5.4 Okay
Pros: Attractive, upgraded to jr suite, room with not enough lighting to read. Don’t need walk in closet. Only water for guests use in small glass bottles, can’t take those to hike around with! hairdryer didn’t work. Liked in room coffee maker
Cons: Very isolated location so you’re trapped . eating was a problem for me. Went to dining room, they said no room for me as they were expecting buses of people (I’m already a paying guest, quite a lot of money) guess I didn’t count. Went to room to call room service, several times, rang for a long time, no one picked up. Went to bar, given menu with couple sandwiches and then a page of items to share ( I’m traveling solo). Got upset and they brought me soup. Not what I expect for well over $300 a night. Palacio del Inka in Cusco from same hotel group was so much better. I wouldn’t pick them next time
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is very good and beautiful. Confortable and clean.
Cons: It could have more facilities like bikes to go to town, because they have bikes but it cant leave the property.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The gardens are amazing, with some lounge chairs and hammocks to enjoy the sun. The hosts are really nice, Liz helped us arrange transport and they all gave us great tips for the Sacred Valley and even printed out a list of tips for Cusco (we already tried some of the restaurants and they were really good).

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful green grounds with opportunities to both relax and be active. Hot lovely showers! Relaxing beautiful breakfast room with fireplace. Could be Romantic!
Cons: One possible negative would be no heater in room. It wasn’t cold the night we stayed, but I could imagine being uncomfortably cold if it was. Also, bring earplugs if you want to sleep in or go to sleep early. Can hear outside door/windows when people get up early for train to Ollantaytambo!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The room was beautiful. The gardens were gorgeous. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing at all.
10.0 Excellent

Aranwa Sacred Valley - Urubamba - Building
3
9.4 Excellent (380 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Huayllabamba, Aranwa Sacred Valley is on a river, a 1-minute drive from Cerro Potosino and 9 minutes from Estadio de Urubamba. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location! We walked along the river early one morning and the colours were spectacular on the mountains. Feels remote which we liked but only about 20 mins to Urubamba. We stayed in a Delux room which was one of the newer modern rooms. Was large and clean. There is more luxury scale accommodation options in the Sacred Valley at the 5 star end but they are a lot more expensive so for what you pay here it was worth it.
Cons: The pillows were really hard. Would be nice to include milk in the mini bar for tea and coffee.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything, nicest stay in Peru and perfect after hiking!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There was lots to like at Aranwa, especially the quiet location, and incredible smell of eucalyptus throughout the grounds from all the nearby trees. In addition, the staff were all super friendly, doing all they could to help us, including researching and booking our train tickets to Machu Picchu!
Cons: The temperature in the restaurant in the evenings was very cold - most diners eat with coats on, and many even wear hats to keep warm!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and beautiful, great location for many tours. We got an upgrade to a 2 level villa on the river which was so amazing. The breakfast staff were the best, always greeted us by name, just a nice personal touch, and the breakfast was good. The spa was very good, and all the staff lovely. It was a real pleasure to have stayed there for 4 days. It is highly recommended. Denis & Marie Australia
6.7 Good
Pros: It has jacuzzi in the room.
Cons: Location is too far and hotel is going town hill.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel and the stall are lovely, food is excellent.
Cons: The hotel charges extra or use of the spa and the fees are unreasonably high - so its not really a spa hotel rather an ordinary hotel where you can pay to use a hot tub or a steam room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, location was like a dream, an old hacienda transformed into a luxurious hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and we will always remember the time spent there. We really liked the staff serving dinner and breakfast, especially Yolanda, who was very kind, professional and considerate.
Cons: Some of the staff from the bar were not so polite and seemed that they would prefer to be somewhere else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The grounds, the hot pool, the old buildings, the restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and clean. Very serene, peaceful The food was very good also. It was the beaten path a little but it was so beautiful against The backdrop of the mountains, very well worth going
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great facilities and superb service
7.5 Good
Pros: The quiet setting and the hammocks in garden, the villas and breakfast variety
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly attentive staff, atmosphere is very relaxing, makes you forget you're missing Thanksgiving at home!
Cons: No turkey :(
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a number 10, we enjoyed sampling all the various and interesting items offered, almost overwhelming! Location is excellent, not far off rt 28b, but far enough for a quiet more private location.
Cons: Could have provided more water gratis with the room. They did provide two small bottles free, but two other larger 1 liter bottles were 10 soles each, a heavy price considering we could buy 21/2 liter bottles at the Mercado for 3 soles each.
7.9 Good
Cons: Short bath
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful. It has manicured gardens, well appointed rooms and excellent cuisine. While I was there I had an emergency at home which required me to use the fixed phone line. They opened it free for me. I thought it was a special, kind gesture which speaks volumes about their customer service.
Cons: When we got to the hotel it did not have my booking.com reservation on their system. Also they could not produce the room keys. They eventually fixed the bug but I had to check in without them guaranteeing me the booking.com rate (eventually they did honor it).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great friendly staff. Beautiful clean facility and great breakfast options.
Cons: WiFi did not work for the entire two separate stays
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was excellent.
Cons: Arranged a pickup at the airport which failed to turn up but this is fairly normal.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The 2 story rooms were amazing
Cons: The bar wasn’t open until after 1. There is no pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Because it's located between the Ollantayambo and Urubamba, it is quiet. If you're looking for an oasis, this is it! I loved listening to the birds throughout the day and laying in the hammock reading. The beds were comfortable, and there was robes and slippers. The staff is kind and extremely helpful. Definitely a nice place to relax and unwind.
Cons: There's really no where close to eat. The hotel does have a small menu though. The hotel gives a couple tiny glass bottles of water for free, but charge 10 soles per plastic bottle. I got 3 large jugs for the same price in town.

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway and Sacred Dreams Lodge was perfect. It is designed so that everywhere you look there is beauty in flowers and the sound of running water as well as the mountain views. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We are definitely planning a return trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow--this lodge is truly a special gem! This is one of those unique places that will stay in our memories forever. From the moment we booked our stay, German and the staff made us feel incredibly well accommodated. German arranged transport for us from the Cusco airport with an included tour of some sites like Chinchero and Moray on the way to the lodge. He also helped us arrange drivers and excursions for each day of our visit, making everything seamless and easy for us. The property itself is breathtaking, with a forested setting, river, and meticulously maintained flowerbeds that make the area feel like an oasis. The architecture of the lodge is fascinating, built with site-made adobe bricks using traditional methods. Don't miss the photo albums in the lounge that show the construction process! We stayed in the suite that included a fireplace and an outdoor hot tub and the room was blissful. Very comfortable bed, nice toiletries, and a mini fridge stocked with water, soda, and beer. Whenever we wanted the hot tub filled or a fire started, we were able to easily contact German via WhatsApp and he would quickly send a staff member to the room to help us. In the restaurant, Violeta took wonderful care of us for the buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner every day. The food was great (perhaps not a gourmet experience, but still delicious and more than worth the close proximity) and we have fond memories of drinking coca tea and pisco sours by the fire in the lounge. Overall, the Sacred Dreams Lodge had the best of hospitality: we simultaneously felt like we were staying in a relaxed friend's home yet we also always felt pampered and looked after. We stayed at a much more expensive luxury resort near Machu Picchu later in our trip and we couldn't help but feel that our experience at the Sacred Dreams Lodge surpassed the luxury resort. We can't recommend this wonderful lodge enough!
Cons: Everything was perfect! The only thing we can think to add would be access to hot tea and coffee in the room. We would have loved to lounge in bed a bit longer each morning but we made ourselves get up to head to the restaurant since we always need our coffee fix first thing. Not a big sacrifice since the restaurant was also a lovely space to relax!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's so relaxing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing! They proactively helped with everything you could think of. We talked over WhatsApp the majority of our stay. Our room had an outdoor hottub which was nice to relax in at end of the night. The eggs were super fluffy!! Stay here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sacred Dreams Lodge was AMAZING! The beautiful rooms are only out done by the setting. Our group of 8 people reserved 4 rooms and all of them were lovely. The lodge is situated in a small wooded canyon. A river runs through the property. German was there waiting for us to check in. He helped us with transportation and tours. We had to leave before breakfast so he made sure we had boxed snacks to take with us. He went above and beyond for our group. The night of our stay it was very cold and the staff made sure we had space heaters and hot water bottles.
Cons: People from our group were interested in using the hot tub but it was an extra charge.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful location and great room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: SO BEAUTIFUL. Quiet & serene. The land, the lodges and the staff are all 5 stars.
Cons: We loved everything.
9.2 Excellent

Cons: *Just expecting more about the breakfast since we’ve read about it in some reviews and we met someone who mentioned that the breakfast is really amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were so welcoming and helpful from changing money to providing a huge bottle of water at a low price. They have a beautiful garden area and kindly gave us a tour of the plants there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Best deal for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff, nice garden. ReWill stay again.
Cons: Long wait for the water to get hot in the shower.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property wasn't in the center but still considering how small Urubamba is, it has a great location! Hospedaje Venka Urubamba is in a nice big and old building/house with a super nice garden in the back yard. The room was super nice and comfy and the breakfast was amazing, super tasty and big, and it is served in a nice living room in the second floor with sunny and nice views to the backyard. The staff was helpful and kind from the very beginning. We would highly recommend to stay here.
Cons: Unfortunately the shower did not work properly: it has a electric hot water system and we weren't able to have a consistent hot water during our shower. We talked with the hosts and they promised to repare it, what is great and I truly believe they will :)

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location Excellent food Spacious rooms Friendly staff
Cons: Spa was not included in the price
7.9 Good
Pros: The actual hotel is beautiful, decorated in a a Peruvian lodge style, surrounded on all sides by mountains. The food (breakfast and dinner) were fantastic and the restaurant staff were very good!
Cons: The checkin experience left much to be wanted. We were greeted by staff who seemed completely disinterested in being there and just running through the paces. We stayed in one of the villas behind the main hotel. It was also not up to the standard we expected having stayed at the Inkaterra Casona in Cusco and other 5 star hotels on our journey through South America. The actual villa was average at best - the amenities were standard and the room quite dark, not to mention that we had lukewarm water for the whole stay. The staff assured us they had never experienced the problem before and tried to fix it multiple times. Needless to say, not what you expect when paying so much for 2 nights stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful place to stay... in a lovely quiet setting with panoramic views of the surrounding mountain. The room, the service, the amenities and the friendliness of the staff were all exceptional. We would love to come back!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Good location! Staff is friendly. It’s worth you paid!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location..view from room
Cons: not all rooms have views
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was absolutely perfect and the staff was so kind and helpful. We had a reservation and couldn't get the by phone, so the front desk walked to the store to make a resvertaion in person. What service! Also, very hot water was a must and there was no shortage of that. Will definitely return!
Cons: A little cold during the day, but at night it was definitely comfortable
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location was good
Cons: It seemed somehow dusty. The Floor was not clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location - just steps from shops and restaurants, spacious rooms, beautiful view of the river and Inca trail. Rooms recently renovated. Fernando at reception was outstanding - nothing was an issue for him. Breakfast was adequate with fresh fruit, choice of cereals, liquid yoghurt, bread, eggs, cheese, ham, avocado, 3 types of jam which was delish, butter and coffee with hot milk. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Towels were kind of thin.
Cons: Minor issue of timber floors above so you can hear movement and voices. Some rugs would do the trick. No soap holder in shower and water glasses in bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: room, location, staff service, breakfast, everything is excellent. Thank you very much.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to restaurants and centre but a hike from the train station. Had hot water and heating
Cons: Stairs only. Other than that a nice boutique hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Love the cabin-like place! Room is big and clean. Beds are comfy and bathroom is clean. Had the best sleep throughout our long trip in LATAM!
Cons: Breakfast can be better.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location! Balcony over looking river was nice.
Cons: WiFi in our room didn’t work well
6.3 Good
Pros: Hotel located in the center of small Ollantaytambo, close to the ruins as well as main square. Walking to or from railway station is somehow a challenge as the road is very steep. Not many guests and the hotel seemed to be under restauration. Maybe for this reason the room was a bit dull, no towels and we had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Bathroom was clean. I would recommend not to stop overnight in Ollantaytambo, the train from Aguas Calientes can take you to better places (i.e. Cusco)

Cons: Nothing. Everything was fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful energetic property with great gardens
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There is a very beautiful and natural garden, and native adobe houses with all the comfort and artistic tasty; The vegetarian breakfast and food are excellent, we really hope to stay longer in this special hostel.
Cons: It is hidden at the end of a village way, which might be a little bit complicated to find it if you arrive after the sunset, but also just for this, you may call it a secret garden.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing stay, we enjoyed it every minute. De accomodation is relaxing en beautifull. We had a good nightsleep in the houses and a wonderfull breakfast!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was superb in a quiet spot near a bubbling stream far from the noise of Urubamba. It is built with natural elements. Gorgeous grounds. The meals were healthy and vegetarian!! There is a yoga studio on site. The driver, Wilbur, was amazing. We arranged a full day Sacred Valley tour with him and it was great that we arranged pick up in Cusco (we elusive had a hard time finding the lodge).
Cons: The firewood for our chimney and stove was not seasoned well and this caused a lot of smoke. You don’t need it the blankets are warm enough.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful grounds. Magic.
Cons: I was the only guest that time!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great variety at breakfast, helpful owner spoke great English and helped to coordinate travel. Scenic location, didn't mind the extra walk to town. Friendly dogs. Water, tea and fruit always available. Rooms had lots of character. Relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Internet was only available in a few areas, we didn't mind that it wasn't in the room, but would have preferred stronger wifi outside.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The nature, the animals, the silence of the place, the yoga studio.
Cons: - The rooms were not very clean - You were very much by yourself to light your own fire in your room. When the wood is wet because of the rain, no fire and you freeze in your room. - The equipments of the rooms were quite basic and for the price you pay you expect more comfort. - The staff was very nice but not very helpful and competent. You ask for extra wood they make you pay for it (It's the first hotel ever where I had to pay more to heat my room). One day, they announce that the meals are without gluten, the next day we had pasta for lunch and bread was on the breakfast buffet.... Not very consistent. Overall, you can feel that this place has good potential but you very much feel that they need more work, more skilled staff to make it work properly. It also felt like it was too expensive for the quality of service and comfort they provided.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great tranquillity An oasis away from the tourist throngs Great value Excellent food Exceptionally welcoming staff

Pros: The silence, the staff, it was clean and the view was amazing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a lovely spread with enough variety to suit all tastes. The property, while secluded, was a lovely, flowerfilled reprieve from the noise and traffic of most centres and was an ideal setting to recuperate after completing the Inca Trail. Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, the Cerveceria del Valle Sagrado and horse riding excursions are easily accessible: simply enjoy the 2 km walk through the village of Yanhuara to the busstop on the main road (5th Paradero) and hop the Combi for a few soles - no costly taxi required. Bonus feature of the property - two delightful resident alpacas! Excellent value in every respect.
Cons: Met or exceeded my expectations in every way.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful grounds but the room was cold. Heater did not work.
Cons: Preference given to larger groups. Service was inadequate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful beyond any normal places including 5 star hotels. Inside and out it is just a matter of enjoying the moments of being and appreciating what others have done for guests.
Cons: Not being here sooner that last time three years ago and coffee in container to add hot water making as strong as one wants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spacious rooms! The property was awesome with water cascades all over. This hotel was a little off the beaten path but well worth the detour. I would highly recommend it!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds and spacious room. Nice hot showers.
Cons: Wifi and internet connectivity was a big problem unfortunately.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is amazing. The view to the mountains and valley is breathtaking
Cons: The staff is not very flexible and accommodating. If you ask for something that is beyond their limits the answer is an immediate "no".

Cons: Rooms were cold, unseasonably cold for this time of year but heater provided helped. No hot water was an issue. Property is working on a solution to this issue and the owner made every effort to ensure our comfort by offering her bathroom!

Pros: The entire surrounding and environment! And hot water available inmediately.
Cons: Was dark to go outside for a night walk and try some restaurant or just hang around town. However, food in the hotel´s restaurant was super good! One last thing, it takes some times to have someone answering the fix number phone. Dial mobile numbers better.

Pros: I really liked this hotel, I wish I had stayed here for longer as I was really impressed with the location, staff, facilities and cleanliness.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the one of the most wonderful places we stayed at in the Sacred Valley. It is a converted monastery with beautiful gardens. Despite being so ancient, it has been renovated perfectly. The rooms are some of the nicest we found anywhere during a one-week tour of the area. You would pay twice this much to stay in Cusco for a room and hotel this lovely
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gardens were amazing, food was great and the pisco sour were tasty
5.4 Okay
Cons: Arrived there on 1 June and were told that we had to spend a night in another hotel of the chain as "there was no hot water in the hotel". We said that we were fine for the first night with not hot water instead of having to be moved around. The story then immediately became that "there was no water at all in the whole hotel". Bottom line we went to the other hotel (San Agustin Urubamba): cheaper and definitely less nicer. We found out that two couples of friends had already been staying there for few days and had not issues at all during the same days (they had booked directly with the hotel and not via booking). Another couple of friends arrived there on the same day as us (and had booked via booking.com) and was told the same but firmly pushed back on the move to the other hotel: managed to stay there and had no issue at all with water. In the other hotel we were referred to as the "guys from booking.com" which let you clearly understand what was going on. Find a place (another hotel) where you can arrive, feel welcomed and do not have to pack and unpack your stuff during a short staying while they move you around in their hotels probably only because you are a "guy from booking.com".
7.5 Good
Pros: Very quite. Off the beaten path, a short walk to restaurants.
5.0 Okay

Cons: Poor breakfast and rooms not great
9.7 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing experience after coming off the Inka Trial. The gardens/grounds are beautiful and restful. Rooms & bedding was perfect. We had found many other hotels to be overheated at night but this was the first hotel where we slept in perfect temperature comfort. Very peaceful and zen-like.
Cons: Everything was perfect for us.
7.9 Good
Pros: Garden
Cons: Dirty spots on bedsheet on both day 1 and day 2.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Gardens and building
Cons: DO NOT STSY HERE Upon checking out and explaining my terrible stay - I asked for a discount - no discount and then blackmailed by staff saying if I did not pay full price it would be taken out of their wages . Head office who refused the discount refused to speak with me - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Where to start ! The place felt like a mortuary- empty, spooky, no atmosphere. Lucky if you found a member of staff within 15 minutes- staff doubled up as waitress in the restaurant Extremely disappointed - the property is being renovated so lots of noisy builders, painting outside my room the fumes made made me feel sick, master keys left outside my room on several occasions which made me feel vulnerable - no thought to security. The restaurant is odd, it opens at 2pm (once the staff have had lunch) menu is old fashioned and food is not good. The homegrown salad has tinned asparagus and artichoke nothing is homegrown. Crepes were rubber and cold - I believe the chef dislikes the job as nothing is prepared with love or any thought. Breakfast was ok (rubber scrambled eggs or deep fried omelette!) staff apologetic for no hot food ! Coffee disgusting- instant coffee was better ! I mentioned my concerns on a daily basis but obviously not listened to. If I had not been sick I would have moved hotel but due to illness could not
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful place to stay! We loved the unique accommodations and setting. The food was amazing. It was a gem in our trip! Very peaceful!
Cons: The staff did not speak very good English so at times we had trouble communicating. The restaurant should open the doors for outdoor seating to take in that beautiful area!

Cons: It was difficult to find, bad road and road works
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Where to start - Firstly I am in a wheelchair and it was a proper wheelchair accessible property and room and BATHROOM. Correct ramps and correct bathroom. Staff were efficient friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and room very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful colourful flowerbeds and the mountains in the background. 10 out of 10.
Cons: Everything was excellent no complaints at all
7.1 Good
Pros: Gardens and courtyard are pretty. Friendly staff. On site restaurant is good. Shower has big rain head with plenty of water pressure. Close to PeruRail station.
Cons: Beds are very hard. Wi-Fi only in lobby and slow due to too many people online. Sewer gas smell in room remedied with towel over vent. Location is an oasis surrounded by poverty. No where to walk or eat near property.
7.5 Good
Pros: We came for the bath tub and the beautiful gardens and we enjoyed those very much. We had two big comfortable beds.
Cons: We knew there wouldn't be Wi-Fi in the rooms but the connection in the lobby was also shaky and had to be restarted every time to connect. The restaurant menu was medium but the price wasn't.. also the cocktails were very expensive and for that they put water in it.. The bread for toast at breakfast was so OLD. In my opinion you cannot put that on the table..
6.7 Good
Cons: They advertise HAPPY HOUR but there was no one to attend the bar. Hence NO Happy Hour. I was told to go to the restaurant for a drink. I did and instead of the special rate of two for one, I was charged $8 for each of my glasses of wine. NO BARGAIN there!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was great. Attitude, service, promptness etc. Oh, and kindness. Internet needs boosting

6.3 Good
Pros: It’s a beautiful little farm but it’s far away from the center and all the restaurants . It’s a bit uncomfortable at night to go out and eat . The breakfast is good and the stuff is nice. The shared bathroom is far from the room and they have only one bathroom for several rooms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom is cosy, with a confortable mattress. Hanna is friendly and gave us good advices. The garden is nice, with a Hammoc, the sound of the water running and lot of plants. Hot water, splendid breakfast.
Cons: Dogs can bark at night sometimes.

Pros: Off the highway, away from the tracks --- a difficult find in Urubamba. Beautiful gardens and patio. Lovely breakfast.

Pros: Mrs. Constantina we miss you !!!
6.7 Good
Pros: Room and Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good her home was very clean. Owner was very sweet. Share the property with a few animals and another family who were all very nice. Loved the garden.
Cons: it is a pretty long walk or a 5 sol taxi ride from the bus station to the house. It’s hard to find cause there are 2 with the same name in the town. It is a long walk to the city so take a taxi ride. Hated the fact that our bathroom was. Far from the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nature filled environment. Very friendly people. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Would recommend to anyone!
Cons: Only downfall was the toilet and shower. They were outside, and as it was raining on our stay, there was no shelter to walk to the toilet and shower. There was only one toilet to share between quite a few people which wasn’t really an issue for us but may bother others. Toilet and shower were also in the same room so only one person could use at a time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I had a relaxing stay at that property. We liked their beautiful garden and its host, Hanna, was very friendly. They are pet friendly. We travelled with our two dogs. It is reasonably priced comparing to the other Urubamba hostal rates. Quiet neigborhood, except Sundays, when the locals gather to watch a soccer game on the nerby soccerfield.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is beautiful at this place. The garden is amazing. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and wifi works well. The staff is the best and breakfast is good.
