Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great. 5 minutes walk to the airport. Perfect for an early flight. Mery was very responsive and arranged everything well. Bed was huge and very comfortable. We only stayed for 8 hours but we love it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I received the best hospitality here. If you want to feel taken care of, stay here.
Good 7.1
Cons: I didn’t know that they no accepted credit card
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly staff and very convenient location, with easy walk to the airport. The room and common areas are very nice and clean, the kitchen was wonderful, especially since we have young children, were able to make food without having to take a taxi to a restaurant. Also the children had a nice space to play and hang out in the common living room, while we were able to watch TV in the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The host was very very welcoming and she made sure everything is good. For this price it was very good!
Good 7.5
Pros: We were looking for the place with walking distance to the airport in Cusco. This was great. The rooms and leaving spaces were nicely decorated. Coffee and tea available.
Cons: There was no info that the host is not able to speak English. We have slightly struggle. And it was a bit of miscommunication. The bathroom required proper and regular clean. Be aware the place is being rent out as rooms with commonly used bathroom, kitchen and leaving space. Also the fridge has not been clean from at least March. There are lots of products which are smelly and out of date.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location and the staff are really friendly
Cons: The shower was bad. Everything else in the property was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A great property just 2 minutes walk to Cusco airport. Clean and spacious and in a safe area. Mari was a wonderful host and welcomed us even though we arrived earlier than planned. Everything we needed was provided. We were also able to walk over to the airport and checkin the day before as we had the first flight out of Cusco at 5:35am the following day. A perfect place to stay in Cusco if you have an early departure!
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: It was super convenient for the airport. We had an early flight out of cusco and walked to the airport in 10 minutes. The bed was really comfortable and we were not disturbed by flight noise despite the proximity to the airport.

Pros: This hotel is very basic but more than adequate. It is clean, quiet and has everything needed. It is a very good option for an overnight near the airport. Did not have breakfast so cannot rate that. Less than $4 for a taxi to the airport 10 minutes away. Very inexpensive for a nice small room.
Cons: Difficult to regulate water temperature in shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff, especially Cecilia. Help with tours. Great breakfast. Great vslue for the money. Safe. A couple mile walk to Centro historico.
Good 7.9
Pros: Location is near the airport which was desired. Supermarket at the corner. It's not for walking around in the neighbourhood but it was not what we were searching for.
Cons: Blankets didn't look very clean
Good 7.5
Pros: The property is well located near a supermarket and a Main Street with plenty of buses that take you everywhere. There are lots of restaurants around too and a shopping center just 7min away.
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was simple. there is a balcony on a last floor (available for everyone), area looks safe, there are restaurants and a market, was not close to city centre but mostly flat walk. Lady speaks a little english. Nights in Cusco are very cold, but hotel was warm. We had a hot water in the shower.
Cons: Hotel looks very old, need some refreshment and repainting (looks not as nice as on pictures). Bathroom smells strange. Breakfast was too simple, no selection, no cheese, only scrambled eggs and jam. WiFi disconnects. No parking, only place in front of hotel, not secured.
Okay 4.0
Cons: They forced me to pay in cash. The room was very cold.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and just off a main street so it is easy to get a taxi. Just a short taxi ride to airport or old Central Cusco. Location is easy for taxi drivers to find when you want to get back to the hotel. She made breakfast early for us when we were leaving on an early train and daughter got the taxi for us the first few times to make it easier for us. They also arranged for a lady to meet us at the airport and get us in a good taxi to come to the hotel. It was nice not to have to find a taxi ourselves. They also kept our suitcases while we were at Machu Picchu for a couple of days. We just took small packs with us so we wouldn't have to carry much while exploring the sacred valley.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: I booked this place in five minutes because the hostel I was supposed to stay in didn't meet my expectations. I literally sat on my bed and looked for about five minutes before this place popped up. It was only five dollars more than what I would be paying at the hostel for my entire stay. I took a cab over to the hotel and could instantly tell I was going to like it there. The check-in process was simple, I took the elevator to my room and I could hear the angels singing! The room was MASSIVE. The bathroom was impeccably clean and I had a great view of the city. The staff is AMAZING. They went above and beyond for me honestly. They gave me tips on local culture (ie don't pay more than 5 soles for a taxi!) and were always helpful. On my last day, I asked if I could check out an hour later which they said was fine. But I ended up checking out two hours later and they didn't charge me for it. I can't remember the name of the man at the front desk, but he always helped me hail a cab. They let me leave my luggage for free when I had checked out and went exploring for the day. And then that same day, they took me to the Bolivia Hop terminal free of charge. The location is a bit far from the city center of Cusco, but I got a piece of mind staying there. Another tip I got was that taxi drivers will act like they don't know where this place is so they can get more money out of you. Oh and breakfast was delicious. It was your standard eggs and bread, but it was made to order and always filled me up.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful staff Super clean Excellent breakfast buffet.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff were wonderful, you can tell that they enjoy what they do and are committed to keeping the place immaculate and to providing excellent service. The rooms and common areas were kept meticulously clean. Bathrooms were spacious and shower had good pressure and enough hot water. The breakfast was filling and every day slightly different so it didn't get repetitive. Coca leaves tea at the reception available throughout the day. There is a supermarket about 7-min walk and they have a large selection of everything. Across from the supermarket, there is a small Peruvian restaurant that serves huge plates for very small prices. We walked to the historical centre the first day but the walk is nothing spectacular so we just took a collectivo (local bus) for 0.80 sol from around the corner the next day. There is also a bus that takes you directly to Sacsay ruins for 1.5 sol! The reception arranged an airport taxi for 10 sol and it was a quick ride for our morning flight. Good place to stay if you're looking for a clean and comfortable room close to the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Arrived late and left early so we had a short stay. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Hotel has an elevator which is the first we’d seen in the other hotels we had stayed at. Light continental breakfast (fruit, eggs, juice). Close to bus station.
Cons: Weren’t there very long but everything seemed well maintained. No complaints.
Good 7.9
Pros: The room was clean, bright, and pretty big. The staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: The location is a bit out of the way. It was a bit noisy coming from the street and the rooms upstairs and next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The fact that the manager arranged for our trip to manchu pichu last minute and he didnt disappoint. Also he took time to make sure we cliamatized and made us dinner.all staff very nice and when we arrived in cusco airport the personal sign was lovely.
Cons: N/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. The couple who run the hotel were lovely and very accommodating when we booked last minute. And the hotel is easy to find unlike some others in the area!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: -Really nice staffs, willing to help with everything. The breakfast started from 6 am and I had to leave at 6:15, they still manage a quick breakfast for me. I also got a free ride to the bus station. -Compare with hotels in the historical center, this hotel has more updated facilities, such as elevator. The room was nice and comfortable, I even got a bottle water as welcome drink. - It’s in a nice neighborhood, a market nearby and a supermarket for 7min walk. Quiet at night. You may see local people’s life here.
Cons: Historical center is not in walking distance, but easy to reach by taxi (5 sol), so it’s not really a problem.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good food, staff was very helpful, let us stay later than checkout and drove us to airport
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. The manager parked our car in a secure place for the weekend and brought it back to the hotel when we were ready to leave.
Cons: No complaints - everything was great!
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Excellent all around service.
Cons: Location is remote to restaurants but great for airport.

Pros: Super friendly owners and a nice hostel :) Thank you
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff is amazing. Owner is hospitable, helpful and funny. The rooms are large with private bathroom and warm shower 24/7. Beds are comfortable with enough blankets if you feel cold. Kitchen is very clean and well equipped, you can prepare your own food whenever you want.
Cons: The location is far from city center although busy street with a lot of public transport is very near.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: View from room excellent-
Cons: Little things No TP one night
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Betty was warm and welcoming. She rose at 6:30 am to make us breakfast, then called a taxi for the airport. She made us fresh squeezed juice, coffee and home baked bread.
Cons: If you’re staying awhile in Cuzco, it’s a bit far from the center of town for walking, but a quick taxi ride away!
Good 7.9
Pros: Great location from the airport and near supermarkets. A bit far from Plaza de armas but plenty of taxys take you there for cheap. Staff was much above expectations.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The owners were outstanding. So helpful and kind. We loved our stay here.
Cons: While a little far from the centre of Cusco, taxis were cheap and fast and we much preferred it to the loud and crowded centre of town.
Good 6.3
Pros: We stayed two nights as we were sick and needed to recharge. We had a big room with three beds even though there were just two of us. Plenty of blankets on the beds.
Cons: When we arrived, the girl working there did not expect us despite us having a booking and had to phone her boss to ask about it. The room we were given was nice but there was soap left from the previous tenants and only a half roll of toilet paper. There were no curtains on one window where the sun shone directly in. They put them up on our second day. The shower was freezing and we had to ask for it to be fixed. It just felt very thrown together. Breakfast was two pieces of bread each with jam and juice and tea. Not really great to be honest. I feel like its a bit overpriced for what you are getting.

Pros: It was very good to deal with booking.com
Cons: The hotel we booked deal with us as we paid very little money that the way to give us the very poor room upstairs. So what explain in booking wasn’t true.
Good 7.5
Cons: The curtain weren't that opaque and there was a safety light right in front the window which means the room was lighted all night long
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Breakfast was really nice and everything was homemade! Accommodation was clean and staff was very very helpful and kind. Apart from shower and location, everything was good.
Cons: Location was a bit too far from the centre. Especially when you are struggling with high altitude, it takes quite a long time to go to the main square, etc. We stayed at 3rd floor, and shower sometimes just became cold, and then became hot a bit later, repeated a few times. Our guess was the hot water is intercepted by other floor users...?
Okay 5.0
Pros: Kind, helpful, friendly staff. Plant-lined courtyard. Scrambled eggs and coffee!
Cons: Weak, soft floor that I constantly worried I would break through. Tight space for 4 adults traveling with luggage for each.

Cons: The hotel manager Michal sexually harassed me and came into my room
Good 7.5
Pros: good breakfest, just little bit too little :) When we asked for extra egges, we got it, so it was good
Cons: very expensive laundry, location quite far from centre
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Staff! The Staff! The Staff! They were courteous and provided any assistance i needed. I higly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Comfortable single bed room with morning breakfast. Hot shower, good toilet. Clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Loud dog outside, loose sink faucet, room door didn't seem to be lockable from outside.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Room was always clean. Sheets were soft and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was ok
Cons: There was NO SHUTTLE from the airport waiting for us when we arrived. There was also no iron nor blowdryer in the bathroom as indicated on the booking description. Had to borrow one from the receptionist but demanded to return it the moment we were done with it. How water did not work from time to time, especially at night. the thing we did not like the most was the fact that the hotel was closed at all times. Even at day time, you had to ring the bell and wait several minutes til' someone opens the door for us.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay with Marco and Ronald alot! They really tried (and succeed) to make us feel at home! The garden is beautiful and we loved the animals around (2 dogs, cat, chicken, rabbits and even humming birds!) Dora took very well care of us with a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and the bed is comfy. Even though its a bit away from town we considered this place totally worth it. We come back here after Machu Picchu
Cons: -

Pros: Clean and comfortable place, very nice and helpful staff. They offer you nice tea for the altotude sickness and are always there to help you if you need something. Closer to the airport and just 5 min drive from center so it’s still a good choice if you prefer quiet place. Would recommend for sure!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Just 2 mins 7 sols from the city center with none of the noise
Excellent 9.2
Pros: - clean and great rooms - good WiFi - friendly and helpful stuff - we were able to store our luggage for the Inca trail
Cons: - it is a bit far aware from the city center
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organized for me to meet with a tour operator Francisco who was excellent to work with. The bed was very comfortable and room always clean when I returned in the evening.
Cons: Lots of noise at night but you get used to it.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Friendly service, the chef is brilliant, oxygen was free which was great when not feeling well. King size bed was good
Cons: Our room said soundproof but definitely not. We were here in summer and the hotel is very cold. I can't imagine winter here. Struggling to adjust to altitude and multiple times the lift was out of order so walking up multiple sets of stairs was hard.
Good 7.1
Pros: Comfortable.

Cons: The lobby was always dark with no staff. During check out, the staff didn't know how to use the credit card reader, did not end up asking for help, and made me have to pay in cash which was not a method of payment I wanted. This was overall a very poor experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything.. it was spotless and room was beautiful.
Cons: Needs more food options or more places that deliver maybe
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I was only there a few hours before a flight, but the staff was so helpful and worked with our difficult schedule.
Cons: bathroom smell, but it was completely blocked off and unavoidable for the owners.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms with high-pressure and hot showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the airport in a nice neighbourhood of Cusco with many restaurants closeby.
Good 7.9
Pros: The location close to airport and in a nice clean suburb.
Cons: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Only bad thing was no hot water for a shower, and the noise of the traffic kept me up all night.
Good 7.0
Pros: The neighborhood is safe and close enough to the airport.
Cons: Far away from the touristy stuff. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 7 am but when we arrived both days at 7 am breakfast was not ready, and we ended up starting our day a half hour late both days because we were waiting on breakfast. The hotel has nothing to do, no Pool, no rec area, nothing. You are a 5 dollar Uber way from the good stuff but the neighborhood is clean and safe. Family friendly .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staffs make me comfortable , late check out and the most important thing is that help me acclamitize with that thin air in the city when I arrived in their hotel. Also the airport pick up
Cons: Perhaps if they can add more variety in their bfast and to place drinking glasses and a bottle of free water in their room and to add shampoo and slippers too hope I’m not asking too much :)

Pros: Arrived extremely late and the staff were super welcoming and polite and helped us with printing our boarding passes etc. Could not have been more considerate or caring.
Cons: Ok, don't really want to do this but coffee could have been hotter & some scrambled eggs???
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We ended up at Julia's Hotel after not being able to get into the original hostel we booked. It was late and we were tired after returning from the Salkantay Trek. We arrived at Julia's hotel and rang the bell with our fingers crossed since it was past their check-in time. We were welcomed with a warm friendly greeting and were so grateful to get a room. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable! We had an early flight the next day and the woman who had greeted us the night before was downstairs with our taxi waiting when we checked out. The woman used Google translate on her phone with us when checking in and out since we didn't speak any Spanish. It worked well, I only wish we could have better conveyed our appreciation to her.
Cons: The room was a bit cold but there were plenty of blankets on the beds for a warm cozy sleep.
Good 6.7
Cons: Problems with the bathroom
Good 6.7
Pros: Property is close to the airport, a short five minute ride by taxi. Watch out as they might try to overcharge. 10 soles should more than cover it.
Cons: The property is located far from any restaurant and the closest market doesn't offer much food.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Decent WiFi
Cons: Probably the worst hotel I have ever been too. The room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting, the bed sheets were unclean and there were spiders in the room. Even the shower was rusted and did not work properly Also the room smelt like it had not been used in ages. Horrible experience.
Okay 5.0
Cons: How cold and basic the room is. The fact that the lady at reception didnt speak English so was trying to use google translate to speak to me. The noise and how easily sound travels.

Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Location is good but it's hard to get Uber when we want to go to the airport.

Pros: Location Internet
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.7
Pros: Staff were really friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as smooth as possible. Transfers to and from the airport were organised for me and the cost for this was low as the hotel was located so close to the airport making it convenient for an overnight layover.
Cons: The room was not clean. There was no hot water or heating which was ok for one night but would not be so pleasant for an increased stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable. Our room was much bigger than we thought! It was also not an issue to check in so early in the morning.
Cons: Breakfast is not included!
Okay 5.8
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: We were expecting an official airport hotel - so a little surprised and even the taxi driver laughed as he dropped our family off as it is a small house made into a hotel, the owner didn’t speak a word of English either! Nevertheless it was our fault did not doing better research!
Good 7.9
Pros: Near airport which is what i needed, got a transfer by taxi ordered by hotel. Many thanks,
Cons: Was as I expected as basic hotel near airport
Good 7.9
Pros: The host was wonderful, giving us some great tips for the area and storing our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu on the train. She spoke excellent English, and was more than accommodating. The location is very close to the airport, and my kids loved the bunk beds.
Cons: The property is unique, but not unlike most locations in Cusco. I would have preferred hot water for my shower in the morning, but the kids had warm water at night. Taxi drivers had a hard time finding the location. 15 minute drive from the tourist area of Cusco.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The administrator was very helpful with her directions, but we were never offered any breakfast, I thought we paid for breakfast but I don't recall if they refunded the breakfast payment, location was great super close to the airport, you can hear the airplanes taking off or landing at 5AM.. Hard to breath, no elevators but no complains about that, they set us up with a great transportation service to take us to the 7 color mountain round trip, it was little over price $150 USD but I guess those are their prices, it was a great adventure and he was a safe driver., he knows his streets.. We were just there to sleep..
Cons: First she said we had to pay cash USD money or Soles, stated, their "CC mchine) wasn't working, so we weren't prepare to make payments with the only vacation cash money we had.. It was very cold at night and they didn't have a room heater not even the blankets were enough so I couldn't sleep well. The water heater at night was not very much hot water, we had to wait like 10 minutes to get a little of warm water and the bathroom sliding door was very to open... At the end before we checked out, we asked if we could leave our two small luggage in the living room and she said it was fine, the driver will take it with him and bring it to us when he pick us up at the train station. We end up to staying at a little hostel lobby, we sealed the middle zipper and the other suit case but the only opened zipper where I left some stuff, I looked for my boots bag and underwear to put stuff away, I noticed that my shoe/boots bag and (dirty) expensive underwear was gone, I texted the administrator, she said that didn't happen at her hostel, but like she said there was nobody else at her hostel, so who stole those items, I don't know but it was there . so the day before we go back home we made an arrangement with their transportation service to take us to the train station and we paid another $100 USD.. round trip to pick us up frm the train station bck to the airport and the driver brought us our luggage and took us straight to he airport around 11:30PM, the airport was closed, they open at 3AM, I called the hostel lady to see if we could wait few hrs in her living room so we don't stay out in the cold rainy night street. but she said she wasn't there that she was in a different place and that her mom wasn't answering the phone, plus she stated at we didn't have any reservation arrangement, for her to live the place open.
