Cons (-) The bathtub stopper broke off, the handicap bar cap slid off, the pool was cold, the snack section at the front desk has a poor selection; I’ve honestly had better times in cheaper places

Pros (+) The room was amazing. A desk so I could study, a chair to kick back and relax, the lighting was great, nice view of downtown, bathroom was really nice, and shower was amazing.
Cons (-) The bed was really uncomfortable. Pretty hard for my taste. I hate to say anything negative because our whole experience there was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons (-) Stayed in a club access room. During the weekends, Friday and Saturday they don’t have the club lounge refreshments in the evening, it’s just a Sunday thru Thursday evening thing. If there is anything leftover feel free to take it sodas, water etc... but they don’t restock during the weekends. Would have been nice to know on the website before booking. Cons (-) We weren't allowed to check in until 6 pm and only after my husband insisted they call and check to see if a room was available. Our Smphyony tickets were for 7 pm! The attitude of the woman was disinterested. Because there was a race that weekend, we were very unimportant and treated the same. What happened to being kind and Oklahoma friendly? The room was very noisy.

Pros (+) i love that my favorite coffee place topeca is in the hotel the location is great you can walk to most of the places you want to go, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable the staff was very helpful with anything I needed.
Cons (-) There was a couple spots of blood on the toilet in the bathroom and poopie crumbs that weren't flushed all the way out. I didn't make a big deal tho I just wiped it off with some sanitizer and tissue.
