Good hot breakfast with plenty of choices (several fruits), nice staff, bed comfortable and clean, relatively quiet. We have rarely been on site for the afternoon snacks and drinks, but that's a nice perk. Good value for the money.
Older hotel with a lot of minor things that need fixing or updating. In our room, the door wouldn't close without extreme pressure or slamming, the toilet was loose on the floor bolts, the hot and cold water faucets at the sink were reversed, and there was a large gap under the door letting in cold, in our case, air. But we stay here often and have had few problems.
Best Western Tucson, AZ
I'm traveling across country with my family and needed a good place to rest for the night. This hotel had a comfortable room, a pool for my kids to blow off steam at, and we all felt better for the next day's travels.
Free happy hour drinks. Pool and hot tub, however, I would have used it more if it didn't close at 10p.m. (Too early)
Older and needs renovation. Unpleasant smell in the room. Old, insecure windows.
Great value
Room was pretty clean but had some trash left from the previous guest
Tucson stay 11/7
The staff was very welcoming and friendly as well as helpful. Our room, which was moved from the 2nd floor to the first floor to accommodate my disability which includes the inability to climb stairs, was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was well stocked with a mix of hot food and more Continental breakfast type items. The only thing I can say is the handicapped parking
The only thing I can say is the handicapped parking situation is not the greatest.
A great stay,
I have stayed here once before and loved it then too. The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and tried my best to keep it that way. The room had a kitchenette with a stove which was a nice feature and there was plenty of room. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were really good, and had attentative staff in the cafe, the food was neber out for long. The hotel is close to a couple of banks and a mall as well as some restaurants. They were also doing some renovations to some of the rooms which I thought would be inconvenient but they worked quickly and pretty quietly. I barely heard them and when I did I was walking out side.
Friendly staff, good breakfast at cafe, clean room
Door needs new seal-noisy from outside walking & luggage etc.
Ok, could use some help
Good location, staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was super soft, not good for my husband's bad back. Also the toilet/shower room was separate from the bedroom and had no sink (the sink was in the bedroom).
Good stay overall
The daily breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean
the widow drapes took a while to figure out, they did not close all the way on the first night for privacy. Finally found the inside curtain.
Very nice room
The room was clean and inexpensive. Great deal.
A nite at the Inn
Great value for my dollar, nice happy hour, good hot breakfast and wonderful staff. Our night was quiet and relaxing. Wonderful location.
dated furniture, but wonderful bed.
Terrible room location
Our room was right next to the maid's closet. Every morning at 8:30am we had a parade of maids outside our door talking loudly and making TONS of noise. It was so bad, it felt like they were actually in the room with us. I understand this is a specific issue with room location, but it shows a broader problem with training of staff to act appropriately in guest areas.
