Pros: In the heart of old part of Trois-Rivières , we've loved the absolute well designed decor with all the modern comfort in this Victorian Architecture inspired house. Most of all, the discreet presence of the owner's, Liette and Mario artistic spirit warmful hospitality and joyful smile. Not to forget, on a more practical aspect, we've also appreciated the reserved parking.
Cons: A longer stay and a better weather!! :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, it's in the nicest, historic area of downtown Trois-Rivières. The host is very welcoming and her BnB is beautiful! It's a historical building that's been maintained with high end materials providing an extremely comfortable setting. The rooms are warm and cozy and every corner of the building is spotless. There were several breakfast options, the two breakfast we picked were excellent! There was free parking on site.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The B&B was wonderful -- warm, cozy, great hostess, location was in a historic and picturesque area 1 block from the seaway and two blocks from restaurants. Easy access in and out of Trois Rivieres, Very much appreciated efforts by the owner/hostess to understand and speak English as my French is very sparse. Felt very welcome -- could not have been nicer.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Breakfast was delicious, especially the maple syrup. The outside garden was lovely in the evening.
Cons: The shower was very slippery.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Small cozy, antique decorated room. Lovely. The place was very quiet, even with all the vacancies filled. The breakfast was fabulous especially the homemade bread!
Cons: There was no ensuite shower, which we didn’t expect, but that was okay as we were leaving the BB early and we could shower at home. The toilet in our place had a lid that you had to hold up and laid across your back as you sat. I brought the owners attention to it, they were unaware, and they assured me it would be better arranged- good for the next clients!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: A wonderful host and very comfortable accommodation. Great location and restaurants near by. Well worth the stop. Thanks
7.9 Good
Pros: The pittoreske setting and the perfect location at walking distance from everything, also the host was most accommodating.

Pros: Warm welcome from Mario and Sonya and Caramel (the family pet dog) Excellent breakfast cooked in front of us in the morning. A complimentary tray with different alcohol was available for the guests as well as cold bottles of water. Nice rooms and nice bathroom. Otherwise a nice night stop over near the town center by car 10 minutes.
Cons: I wasn't sure to have to remove our shoes on arrival especially with all our bagages but this wasn't a problem for us for just one night. The coffee in the morning was a little bit weak but again we do like a strong coffee. Also for the breakfast we would have preferred the savoury cooked breakfast before the yogurt and croissants.

Pros: Breakfast was great. They are always replenished to ensure that they have enough for guests who comes in.
Cons: A little renovation is needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The value. Some small damage to the cabinets and bathroom door but I’d rather have an entry level very clean clean room for a reasonable price than pay a lot just because the cabinetry etc is top of the line. I also emailed the owner after my stay with a question about an outdoor glider set they had and he got back to me right away. I’ll be recommending this spot for sure.
Cons: Nothing really.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
4.2 Okay
Pros: At first glance it seems alright, staff were brilliant and friendly but there are some serious issues the owner needs to rectify, preferably asap. The staff helped us find a place to eat and play with the kids; addressed some of our concerns though no solutions could be offered; at least they cared about their jobs and their guests.
Cons: This isn't so much an issue for me, but a major complaint was NO ASTRAY OUT FRONT!? Seriously, and when addressed with management it was told because the owner would rather hire someone to clean butts than to have people slap it into one clean place; almost every hotel has one, there is no need for this when it's a non-smoking establishment inside. Now I can appreciate it the idea of having jobs for someone, but I highly doubt that job is going to a Canadian citizen cleaning it up. The next problem was nothing in the vending machines!? Not everyone wants to drive 15 minutes to get a snack, this is like the next easiest thing to fix! I have pictures but I can't upload at this time, if I can revise later I will. Outside the front lobby there was a broken pillar with bricks scattered to the ground; get it it fixed will you, it lacks appeal when you are willing to risk a foundation issue to linger like that; one good storm and good bye front rain coverage (which is wide enough for a car to park under to load and unload luggage. The walls have never been washed; ever, and don't take our word for it, staff and management will tell you alike. It used to be a smoking hotel, and our room reeked of it; the stains on the walls because the owner couldn't be bother to replace or tear down the wall paper to replace with a fresh paint, it made it hard to breathe. My experience was I wish I never stayed there and I apologized to my family numerous times for this embarrassment.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great comfortable beds, plenty of parking space and convenient for the highway.
Cons: The place in general is a bit dated and the hall carpets could do with changing. Breakfast was average.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Value for money. It's by far the best bang for your buck hotel in 3R!
Cons: Day staff was awesome. Night staff was a little weird. That said the guy answered two customers that weren't "top tier people" so I can't blame him.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: I found nothing at this hotel to indicate my liking.
Cons: Upon check in the clerk pre authorized my credit card for $100 more than the room rate and could provide no explanation why. I was told to check out in the morning and an adjustment would be made. With 2 bus tour groups checking out in the morning, it took 1.5 hours to finally get checked out and even then I was charged a higher rate. The room was musty and smelled of tobacco even though it was a non smoking room. Breakfast was poor. Staff was not helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, value, cleanliness.
Cons: There was all night partying in the halls, and no one asked them to stop.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, price, location and facilities are great ! We booked a private room for one night and we have had a great stay. The Hostel is only 5 minutes walk from downtown.
Cons: Bathroom fans were very noisy; the kind of noise who wake you up during the night. But for the price and the location, I have been able to live with that.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean; Well Equipped Kitchen; Good book collection; Music; Clean rooms and WRs. Parking. 5 min from Hwy 40 Board walk along St Lawrence is a bonus Nice pubs/market place
7.9 Good
Pros: Very good price and location Rooms were good
Cons: Kitchen and washroom/showers could have been in better shape
7.1 Good
Pros: Very nice staff, clean
Cons: Too few plug sockets, bed was a little uncomfortable
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, especially if you're travelling by bus. Not a party place, but everyone's friendly and people hang out in the comon areas a lot. Easiest way to get around if you don't have a car is to rent one of the hostel's bikes.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely hosts. It is a charming old-fashioned hostel. I switched from a full 4-bedroom to a 8-dorm all for myself.
Cons: Limited service; no breakfast, limited reception hours, the electric sockets don't seem to be on logical places in the dorm (when it's fully booked that could become an issue).
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and accomodating as I spoke little French, I appreciated outside door locked at a certain time but that there was a keycode to allow late entry for people staying the night, I stayed one night & had the entire female dorm (potentially shared by 5 other people) all to myself so was able to lock the door at night, room specific areas of the communal fridge & cupboards, sink in room (could have been noisy if more roommates), very close to downtown area with many restaurants nearby and close to hwy 40 exit, Staff also helpful in letting me know what local events were happening that night in town.
Cons: Staff made a comment (joke?) as to why he was making the extra effort to speak English if I wasn't even a HI member, another person came in after me and staff member stopped part way through checking me in to have a lengthy chat with them (who didn't seem to have a reservation or was staying the night) before returning to checking me in, shower facilities were in the basement (down the stairs behind the front desk) while bedrooms were on the 2nd floor, no keys to lock/open bedroom, no lockers within the bedroom area to keep personal items (easily accessible), bed mattress was well used as I could feel all the springs underneath (same for several other beds in the same room), seeming only one toilet on the floor with the bedrooms halfway down the hall, a bit of a distance from hwy 55, "free"parking area seemed very small and not well signed and most of it seemed to be roped off when arrived (though also full), had to pay for parking down the street ($5 for the overnight).
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely town. Facility is easy walking distance to downtown and the bus terminal. Kitchen excellent and clean.
Cons: Washer out of order. Not a lot of bathrooms for the amount of people. Needed a clean.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful in giving us tips about the city. Toilet and washroom were private, the room was quite big.
Cons: Shower was in common and we found some dirt under the bed
