very convenient location for airport. huge place with food options- it's like a little village
day 1 went well, day 2 was awful. I returned to the hotel late afternoon and the elevators didn't work. The staff told me it would be a few minutes. 40 mins later I saw a man being escorted to his room on the "emergency stairs" I was escorted later up as well. Back in my room- then the power went off for more than 1/2 hour which meant I could leave my room, but not re-enter because the key card wouldn't work. And the elevators didn't work. the power went off 3 more times in the next few hours. I also didn't have hot water, so they were trying to find me a different room- that finally happened at 9 pm. the first room he took me to, the key didn't work- even his security key. the second room did work, but the bathroom smelled like sewer. Very excited to be leaving this hotel- but concerned the power will go off when I'm in the elevator on my way to my flight. Added anxiety no one needs. Staff has English speakers, but many who don't and they are being asked to deal with a lot of issues- I feel bad fo them
A strange thing happens every morning. All “do not disturb” signs are taken off from the door latches after 8am-ish by housekeepers. This was my second stay and the same thing happened again. It is not a coincidence. This is modus operandi The housekeeping lady would barge in without knocking. Then appear surprised. She would then flash the “do not disturb” tag and tell you in crude French to put the sign on the door which she has in her hand. No apologies. May be this is a way to get guests out of their beds, and out of the hotel. Very, very strange modus operandi

Very easy to get to, very fast check in even with a long line, and exactly right for a quick stay, bathroom small but functional and bed comfy and quiet

Ibis is conveniently located near the RER and the CDGVAL, very accessible. It is quiet, rooms are clean and decent price for one night's rest, before heading back home.
