Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were highly impressed by the hotel's attentive and friendly service, with many highlighting the staff's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was consistently praised, as were the well-maintained amenities, including the onsen, which many described as beautiful, relaxing, and a highlight of their stay. Breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and quality, though there were occasional critiques. The bathrooms and bathing facilities, especially the onsen, stood out as exceptional features. Some minor issues were mentioned, such as room odors or outdated decor, but these did not significantly detract from the overwhelmingly positive experiences reported by most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
