Very comfortable, almost luxurious, room that easily contained four beds for the whole family. Great location surrounded by every flavour of restaurant and cafe, with a short walk to the nearest subway station.
Another lift, or at least a bigger one would be great!
Staff were so beautiful. Hotel was stunning. We had a corner room for 4 and it was so spacious. The Staff even organised transfer of our luggage to Kyoto (at a small cost). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay
Large rooms. Very clean.
Wonderful for staying with kids, fantastic location and great eating spots within walking distance
Had a fridge, microwave and sink but no eating utensils or plates.
The location was perfect in the heart of Akasaka with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms very spacious and extremely helpful and friendly staff.
