Spacious and comfortable rooms Excellent room facilities Large bathroom Excellent cleaning Near two metro lines Near shops and food stores
Limited TV channels Limited and repeated breakfast items Small and crowded breakfast area have to queue to get a table Pillows are quite hard Small wardrobe
Ms Sarah the customer relation officer has provided excellent customer service and very helpful when we are in need of help in sourcing good meals and places to explore in Tokyo. In addition, the room service team have also been very helpful and kind in ensuring our stay is comfortable throughout the cold winter time. Thumbs up to conrad Tokyo.
The spa and gym were lovely. Rooms were a good size.
Breakfast service was terrible. Every morning I had to ask for a coffee three times. In the bar, I was told, on two separate occasions, I couldn't sit by the window because it's reserved, when every seat was free and remained free for my entire time spent there. The TV in my room didn't work with the remote. Everything was so terribly overpriced. Food at breakfast bad. Eggs, in particular, rank. I was turned away from breakfast for wearing indoor shoes/slippers. Highly embarassing. Long queue for breakfast every morning. There was a big fuss about me not having a credit card, only a debit card with plenty of cash available. I wasn't allowed to charge anything to my room. In a budget hotel, these are the type of things you don't bat an eyelid at, but somewhere that says it's five stars shouldn't have these issues.
Excellent Hotel & Service
The hotel was an oasis in the city. The staff were excellent, and it was one of my best experiences in new place.
The hotel starts on the 28th floor, so it feels detached from the surroundings.
A pleasant surprise
The up grade of our two rooms into 1 two bedroom suite is unforgettable!
