All staff - excellent right from the reception to service-staff. One case which exceeded my expectation was- late night since I was waiting with my family for a drop to railway station, one of the staff gone on his bicycle and brought an auto for us. A big thanks to that boy and the coordination done by reception staff and security. All were excellent but little bit improvements can bring the hotel in a higher position. Check in and Check out experience - excellent ; Food quality - excellent; Room - Excellent
Below are area were you can be improved Cleanliness, transportation ( especially in night) and Quantity of food. Room service food - no value for money. Breakfast - If the Guest is staying for more than one day there should be difference in breakfast items on next days. Location of the Hotels is OK - but night travel is a problem. No public vehicle available on road. Hotel should have one small car; which can be operated by night duty staff and this will be good for the Guest for a secure and safe travel like drop to railway station and bus stand in the night time.

The Elevator was annoying also we could not sleep as it was noisy, people shouting on the corridor. The card machine did not work.
