Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location and the friendliness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, many reviews highlighted dissatisfaction with the breakfast variety and quality, as well as recurring issues with hot water and bathroom facilities. The absence of an elevator was also a notable inconvenience for several guests. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, improvements are needed in breakfast options, bathroom maintenance, and accessibility.
