Pros (+) The pool and surrounding cafe was inviting and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was wonderful - good variety and generous. The staff are fantastic -- all were very helpful, warm, and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet - residential - a peaceful getaway from the chaos of the city center.
Cons (-) it is classified as a 5-star, but in other countries it would probably be more of a 3-4 star. Greece is a bit generous with its star ratings for hotels. The spa was very small and I don't think the masseuses were properly trained. please improve the music that is piped in throughout the hotel and cafe.
