Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access popular attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many reviewers highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and well-designed rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests noting poor maintenance, lack of thorough cleaning, and occasional pest problems. While some enjoyed the breakfast, others found it disappointing or not up to expectations. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location, service, and room size, but could improve in cleanliness and breakfast quality.
