Guests consistently highlight the hotel's convenient location near the sea, train station, and bus stops, making it easy to access Taormina and the surrounding area. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviewers noting the well-maintained rooms and public areas. However, breakfast receives mixed to negative feedback, with several guests mentioning limited variety and quality. The pool is mentioned often, with opinions varying from positive to neutral, mainly due to its small size or crowdedness. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location, service, and cleanliness, though some aspects like breakfast and pool facilities could be improved.
