Pros (+) Kwaz did a great job before we got there. Andrew did a great job checking us and checking us out. Housekeeping also did a good job keeping the room in order.
Cons (-) Toilet tank was wobbly so toilet seat would come crashing down unexpectedly.

Pros (+) We liked the view of the river and Riverwalk and being downtown. Riverwalk is great for running, walking, and people watching. Room rate was a good value.
