Had a short overnight stay in Tampa. Arrived at 1am. Left at 8am. They checked me in fast. Told me about breakfast. The bed was great. It was a short drive from the airport downtown. I wanted to stay there as the next morning I was on a bus to Fort Myers. When I checked out and asked for a taxi, the wonderful lady told me the shuttle would take me to the bus station. She called to see where the shuttle was and two minutes later I was on my way. Thanks!
Didn’t know there is a free shuttle from the airport. Next time I’ll take it instead of a cab. But it’s not really something I disliked. Just wanted anyone considering this fine hotel to know.
Good location and excellent staff
bar closing too early and no other restaurant other than breakfast
The staff members were very personable and were always glad to help. The view was beautiful!
The room looked a lot bigger in the photos.
Friendly staff at front desk, location to where we were going, and the hotel window view, they did get me balloons for my kid’s birthday, just a day too soon... I asked for them to be there on Saturday.
Well today is my kid’s birthday and the in room alarm clock went off before 6 am and no one set it! That was horrible! Last night there was very loud noises until around 10pm. The walls and ceiling patches just looked horribly done so it makes you wonder where else they cut corners. The bathroom door has a hole in it, the shower had moldy looking caulk... Hallway smelled musty, we had spoken to the chef prior to the stay because of food allergies and turned out she was not even on premises nor were they even able to accommodate like she had promised and with two young kids, I confidently walked to the onsite restaurant (only to see it was more like a hospital lounge cafe), and then to find out chef I spoke to was not there nor did they have the right food I was told they’d have so I had to find something safe restaurant wise last minute with two starving kids... The mattress tops of the beds completely shift off, the refrigerated setting completed froze our food I purchased for their allergy-safe breakfast...And the least of my worries because this was their birthday trip, the coffee maker somehow put a chip of black plastic in to my coffee cup.
Absolutely nothing. Rooms were terrible. Pool was disgusting. Really disheartening based on how the place is advertised
Not a clean facility in the least.
